Fantastic experience: My cat was recently very unwell, and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The care we received was excellent, informative and always transparent. The team followed up with us several times and genuinely put my cat’s welfare ahead of making money. They are our regular vet, and we have always had positive experiences, but receiving such compassionate care during such an unpleasant and stressful situation has made me value this practice even more. I also highly recommend joining the Healthy Pets Plus program, as it saved us hundreds of dollars on treatment and medication.

Fantastic experience: This Vetinary Clinic was extremely helpful to me in helping to have my dog vaccinated in a timely manner st a time when i had poor mobility, problems with transport and needed medical interventions myself! Thanks to the vet clinic for their good care, patience and help with finance. Much appreciated and i will be back And we have been back May 2025 to find just as happy with their good care of my little dog thank you once again!

Negative experience: Will never take my pet here to wilsonton again, they let my dog down, they told us that the ultrasound came back good but then to find out Sunday when she went for another ultrasound that she had an infection in her cervics and has had it there the whole time even on monday she could of been treated monday but no and because of this i have had to put her down coz her condition got worst, they failed as vets I would not trust them with any of my other pets ever again.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend these guys. The reception staff is beautiful and dr rein has such a beautiful heart and is so caring and keeps the conversation light hearted. She was able to diagnose my boy and get his treatment sorted so quickly. She cracked jokes with me which helped distract me from panicking. Highly highly recommend these guys. Best experience I have ever had at a vets and will return again in future if needed.

Negative experience: Awful experience. Booked in for 6 week puppy vaccination and microchipping. After check over was told the puppy had pale gums and wanted a blood test done to check for anaemia. Puppy tested slightly anaemic which then resulted in coercive suggestions from the vet that the puppy must have underlying health conditions, needs to be tested for parvo, parasites, etc. I explained the puppy was tested for parasites and infection last week due to having some diarrhoea and the test came back all clear. The vet didn’t listen and recommended the exact same test which they charge double the price for compared to what I paid last week. Vet said puppy’s tummy looked bloated. I explained I wormed with Drontal this morning and questioned if it was a side effect because puppy was fine yesterday. Vet didn’t really acknowledge my question and continued to suggest it must be something far worse that requires hundreds of dollars of lab testing. There was absolutely no positive conversation about the puppy and the excitement that comes with having a new puppy. It was all negative and nothing but suggestions of needing to spend hundreds of dollars on testing. I’ve had too many awful experiences like this with vets over the years where they try and sell you the worst case scenario. I’ll never go back and will never recommend them.

Fantastic experience: The "team" at Clifford Park treat us like extended family. The vets are honest and understand "our" little family situation. I've learnt so much about nutrition and health of my 2 furbabies by regular check ups every 6 weeks...the importance of different yearly procedures often egnored by some owners...Education I guess is key and the nurses and vets are more then willing to give advice. An amazing team ... well done !

Most recent, I had my Pomeranian booked in for a dental appointment and while he was under they cut his nails and brushed and cut out any knots he had! I find it challenging to complete these tasks myself as my dog hates it. I really appreciate the effort they put into caring for my three fur babies.

Fantastic experience: My old little doggy has recently been diagnosed with heart disease. Mirriam was absolutely fantastic in calming my nerves and looked after my very anxious doggy for her vaccinations, nail clipping and dispensing of medication. Very informative and made myself and my doggy feel very welcome in the clinic. Highly recommend
