Today is the second time we’ve crossed a beloved and elderly cat over the rainbow bridge with the support of Toowoomba Veterinary Hospital. Alex has been an angel on both occasions. Prices are reasonable/competitive, and they stock the perfect products for my dog including Delicate Care dry food and Prime 100 rolls. The team also email you receipts which I like, and have multiple payment payback options too for times in need.

They treated Zeus like royalty, and even though it was a desexing appointment, he came home tail-wagging and full of cuddles. Huge thanks to the amazing staff—we couldn’t have asked for better care for our boof-head legend!

Fantastic experience: We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and have gone there for everything from routine vaccinations to surgeries. Our oldest dog had both back leg ACL surgeries there and they were absolutely wonderful! Staff are very loving, caring, knowledgeable and informative. They kept us in the loop through the whole process of the surgeries (gave us a call when he was out of surgery to give us an update, and an approximate timeframe on when to get him, and another call when he was ready to pick up). They took the time to give us detailed discharge information and were on hand if any issues arose (lucky we didn’t have any issues). Vets are expensive but their costs are very reasonable for the level of care received! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: They take care of my boy thaddius, who is a handful, nothing but a wonderful experience, and best for pet had saved me countless dollars with them, just a great vet and I truly appreciate all the staff and vets.

Negative experience: absolutely terrible when i phoned i told them on the phone exactly what i was worried about as i was unwell i had my courier take him in they just gave him a general health check which i know how to do and vaccinated him didn't fill out his card or stick the vaccination label on his card it was in his carrier and was visible also was told they didn't see it they only took 10 minutes vet rushed me off the phone said could give him some human medication to help him but id have to come in and pay for it the public trustee approved it and said if my cat needed anything else said to the vet to call and they would pay for the extra things he needed . so she lied and couldn't be bothered to call them this the the 8th terrible vet my cat has seen getting to the point where ill just continue to take care of him ads i have done

Negative experience: After a very stressful 24 hours, this vet made me feel like a horrible person and pet owner. They were more interested in blaming than problem solving without even knowing what was wrong with our suddenly sick and very loved pet. To say I am disappointed by the care received is an understatement. Our baby has since made an almost full recovery after we transferred him to amazing local 24 hour care with staff who made us feel confident with their care options, care and support and have just been so lovely and kind and informative during this very stressful time. We even popped in for cuddles and visits and received regular updates during his stay.

Negative experience: Super disappointed with this clinic. Our indoor cat went in for a procedure and returned home riddled with fleas. Upon speaking about this to staff, they were rude and unhelpful. Won't be coming back here unfortunately.

Negative experience: My mother who has been a client for a long time took her little dog today just for a check up and script - we knew exactly what we wanted. The vet went ahead a clipped 4 toenails (this wasn't requested as we do it at home) and didn't mention this would be charged for and was charged $17.50 for 4 toenails. What the? She spent half the time out of the room trying to fix her own computer mouse. Tells mum that she can get the script for up to 6 months without consultation and then gives her 3 months. Incredibly pushy to get my pensioner mother to spend way more than necessary. The new people at this vet are disappointingly money focussed and we are now shopping around for a new vet. Not going back.

Negative experience: Very disappointed and rather heartbroken! Took our much beloved family member of 14yrs Zack the cat to them Wednesday 2 wks ago to be peacefully put to sleep,we left Zack with them and couldn't stay as it was very traumatic for us we were promised a memorabilia card with Zacks paw print and a lock of hair told them we'd be back in a day or two to pick it up, 2 days later after going to pick it up we were told it was sent in the mail well we got a card 6 days later No PAW PRINT or lock of hair so I phoned them on the Tuesday only to be told sorry about that Zacks still here in our freezer and we can still do it and send it as our animals are picked up on Wednesday of every week Wow not very sympathetic for one who wants to be told that instead of we still have Zack here and can still do but even after that today being Thursday so now over two weeks we never received our Memorabilia Card for Zack R.I.P. Zack we miss you!

Fantastic experience: We are travelling to Cairns and our dog got mauled at a rest stop, after having a terrible experience with a vet in Newcastle we stopped into Toowoomba veterinary hospital to get a dressing change. The receptionist staff were all lovely and very helpful. The vet Alex saw us quickly and gave us honest, practical advice and made a plan with us that we were happy to proceed with. The procedure was done very professionally, they really went above and beyond, they even clipped her nails while she was sedated! If I lived anywhere near these guys they would definitely be my go to vet! Fantastic!!

Negative experience: I'm pretty upset that since we have supported you guys for 9 years for vet check ups for our dog Tank we had our first ever incident which involved a large tear to our dogs ear and needed stitches, my first response is to ring you guys only to be knocked back over the phone we have now found another business that will help us out in a time of need and not even of stepped foot into the clinic. Pretty sad you don't look after regular customers. I don't know who told you I was advised to bring him in later I was told of no such thing otherwise I would of dropped him off.

Negative experience: We took our budgies there for wing clipping paid $52 for 2 birds and they can still fly as high as they did before the clipping not happy and won't be going back there
