Fantastic experience: The team at The Grange Vet Clinic are fantastic. I bring my cats here and they are always shown such care and love. Recently one of my cats was ill and had to stay in the hospital for multiple nights and I felt very reassured that she was being well taken care of. I highly recommend Joe and her team.

Fantastic experience: Barney had his first visit to the Grange Vet Clinic to have his eyes checked after getting something in them, plus he had his latest vaccinations. This Vet was recommended by Barney’s regular Vet down at Ulladulla, and we weren’t disappointed! Ten Paws from Barney!

Positive experience: The practice came very highly recommended to us as we are new to the area. Our 3kg senior dog was booked for her anal glands extraction. The vet nurse did not introduce herself to our dog, sitting on my lap, and grabbed her roughly from behind without any prior social interaction.My dog snapped, had to be muzzled He has never needed a muzzle before She took him in to a room and all we heard was our dog screaming. She had to get another vet nurse to assist Our little dog couldn't sit down for 24 hours.The receptionist was wonderful. Very busy practice but we came away disappointed and upset. Not a good first impression.

Fantastic experience: The Grange Vet Clinic is the best clinic in the Illawarra. Not only are they exceptional with animals - my two Maltese shih Tzu in particular, they are also exceptionally customer centric and GENUINELY care. Jo is exceptional and she is supported by the amazing vet Phoebe, Karen, Sabrina, Emma, Michael and everyone else there. They are like a second family to my dogs and me! Unlike other vets they do not just drug or prescribe medication for animals to get a buck either. I recommend everyone to them and will continue to! Thank you for being so amazing!! We appreciate you!

Fantastic experience: We just love Jo and the team at The Grange Vet Clinic, when we got our new puppy 12 months ago we had no idea who was a good vet in our area, and they came highly recommended to us. Now we know why... we would not hesitate to recommend them, they are caring, knowledgeable and most of all they are all friendly and love what they do.

Positive experience: Heads up if bringing stressed animals in. The nurses and staff are very nice but my god the waiting room is far too small, all the animals are on top of each other when they're already stressed/in pain/overaroused, it’s a recipe for a disaster. Some people have common sense and keep their animals as out of the way as possible but a lot do not. Also the way the door into the clinic is set up means that it’s really difficult to keep control of your dog while entering the clinic. One of the exam rooms opens right into the small waiting area so if a dog is sitting in the waiting room next to that door and is already stressing and over threshold and the door suddenly opens and another dog appears out of nowhere right next to them…. Maybe some sort of covered outdoor waiting area could be set up to allow more room? A large gazebo and some chairs and a number to text to check in when you arrive? Cats inside and dogs outside and they’re called in and go straight through when the vets are ready for them?

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend The Grange Vet Clinic. My dog was recently spayed here and the care was excellent from start to finish. The team were kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. My dog was treated with genuine care and her recovery has been smooth thanks to their advice. They treat every pet that comes through the door as if it were their own. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: We took our new puppy here for the first time. The staff were very, very friendly and helpful. The vet was thorough in her check up and gave us lots of good advice. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone and the cost was quite reasonable. As a bonus there is plenty of parking. We will definitely continue to go there.

Fantastic experience: Staff took the time to understand the individual needs of both my cats. Explaining their procedures in detail. Taking time to contact previous vets to find out what medicines they where on before operating. My cats Individual needs were taken into consideration, even asking if they wanted to be together or side by side when in recoverery. All future healthcare was explained in detail and all my questions answered. Each of my cats were given their own bookletlet to take home so i have an up to date medical history. I have never felt rushed and staff give every person 100% attention. Pricing seems very good compared other vets i ha e used. Will be using Kembla Grange Vets from now on.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a lot of vets over the years for various reasons and The Grange Vet Clinic is easily one of the best. It’s refreshing to have a vet that actually cares about animals and is willing to take the time to explain what needs to be done as well as the effects that various procedures might have on your pet. Joanne was so concerned about my cat after his procedure, she took him home to keep an eye on him. It’s details like that, that really set this clinic above the others.

I had the pleasure of meeting "Michael" the receptionist today whilst I dropped off an injured bird that had been hit by a car... I love the atmosphere there, the friendliness, the expertise, and the "CARE".. the best vet Clinic in the Illawarra.... wouldn't go to anyone else.. We had our beautiful Monty PTS years ago now by the Adorable Jo the Vet, and she is the reason we will come back now with our two rescued cats.. Thanks again The Grange Vet Clinic for "being YOU"... Fantastic experience: they have looked after all our dogs and cats over the last 15 years from day one to till their last day, they are friendly and helpful, they have look after all our fur baby's, we have just lost our alaskan malamute Duke he was 12y7m he had a stoke after jumping up from a thunderstorm, we also have a a 12y7m golden lab retriever who as had a toe removed but thanks to jo and the team he is doing well, would highly recommended them
