Positive experience: Male vet was awesome. The gorgeous girl on reception was friendly and efficient and quick which is what you want when there are other anxious dogs in waiting room. A free treat bag would be appreciated for the review too.

Fantastic experience: Took our dog here without an appointment as her IVDD had inflamed after having too much fun at the beach. The vet nurse was very sweet and understanding and the vet was kind enough to see our dog without a prior appointment even close to their closing time on 30th Dec. She assessed the condition of my dog and gave her a pain killer injection. It helped my dog so much and gave us so much relief and peace of mind. Thanks again team Greencross Warilla

Who helped me to understand diagnosis, treatment and make difficult decisions surrounding my affordability for care of my dearest cat friend Smudge as she slowly began to decline in health and general wellbeing. I'm extremely grateful for their honest, gentle approach when I felt exhausted and emotional. I have no qualms reccommending their vetanarian services and am thankful that they are there for ongoing care of my animal family.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment, went in and they had cancelled it. The receptionist had texted the wrong number and then cancelled the appointment. No apology. She was so rude! Would not recommend!

My cat had surgery and they looked after her very well and answered the thousands of questions i had regarding my cats wellbeing on the day so empathetically. Fantastic experience: We can not thank the beautiful staff at Greencross vets Warilla enough. Our dearly loved dogs Jake and Bree have been going there since the centre opened. This week it was time for our Bree to cross over rainbow bridge and there are no words for the gratitude we have for the staff who attended to Bree and our family that evening. They gave Bree care, attention, dignity and love all while supporting us through the process. We were never rushed or felt we couldn’t ask questions or express ourselves and that comes down to the experience and care the vet and vet nurses have at Greencross. The aftercare in the following days has also been exceptional and we would especially like to thank vet nurse Aimee who had so much empathy and gentleness with us and Bree along with providing beautiful paw and nose prints along with some locks of hair. In the most awful of times we were offered compassion, support and empathy to make this moment as peaceful as possible for first of all our Bree and secondly us as a family. Thank you Greencross Warilla for everything

Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful team. The receptionist, vet nurse and vet took their time explaining things to me as a first time puppy owner. Very caring and genuine.

Negative experience: Went in to get worming tablets. The past two times I've been the tabletw have been less than $20, they tried to charge me $34! When showed proof from previous purchases, they were trying to call me a liar after 15 minutes of them discussing what to do, i walked out without my tablets. All I can say is watch put what they are actually charging because they'll rip you off any chance they'll get.

Negative experience: Recently I was unable to afford my Healthy Pets fees so my subscription was cut off. When I could afford it again, I got charged over $200 in arrears for a service that was suspended for which I received absolutely nothing. I was also waived approximately $60 for something I have no idea about

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Greencross Warilla. I have taken my cat and dog to them for all their routine and unexpected veterinary care for a few years. When I've had probably silly simple questions as a first time cat and dog owner, every single staff member has been friendly and happy to help. In an emergency situation they treated my puppy within half an hour, for which I was so grateful. I'm confident and trust the vets I've seen here with my fur babies, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Negative experience: Tried to charge me $3000 for a procedure that only cost me $300 at a different vet and they won’t stop msging me. Idk how many times I have to opt out before they stop!

Negative experience: Would never go there again and would definitely not recommend .Money hungry would not take blood from my puppy until they were assured I had money .On the phone trying to sort out finance and I was approached while I was bawling my eyes out to be asked how I would be paying for this

Fantastic experience: The cover we have from Greencross Healthy Pets Plus is great & I've never had a vet take the time to genuinely help me understand the needs & outcomes of different ways to help my pets. It's awesome to feel like I can take them there just to get looked over & make sure things are OK for no extra cost & the discount of other pet needs like dental food, parasite prevention etc is really good value. Thx guys, my pets & I are lucky to have u.

Negative experience: The Price quoted was SO Excessive & more time was spent on trying to Sign Me Up to their In-house Insurance Co ($540.p.a.) than my poor Dog. Would Never go there Again & would Definitely advise my Neighbours (over 50s Village) to Sign up with the Other Vets in Warrawong or Shellharbour.

The staff are always friendly, compassionate, informative and professional. They supply relevant information and options and are always happy to listen and consider what I have to say. They make me feel like my pet is very well cared for and that my pets well-being is their first and foremost concern. Thank you so much to the staff for taking such good care of my pets.

Fantastic experience: Took senior friend here with her very sick dog. The doctor was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything to us and gave us time with Scruffy before he went to sleep. The clinic organised the cremation for us. We had Scruffs ashes back in 4 days. Thank you Green Cross vets Warilla.

This service offers free vaccinating and microchipping the cats and dog plus 20% off products available in store and unlimited vet check for the year. Payment options are flexible with fortnightly or monthly installments or one annual payment. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing local vet who took the time to help us understand why our pets would benefit from the things they were suggesting we have done. Hands down the best thing is their Healthy Pets Plus program which allows you to register your pets monthly or yearly payments to have free vaccinations as well as 20% off other products/procedures 100% something any pet owner should look into!

Negative experience: They seem to be very expensive compared to other vets. They charge more for a overnight stay in their hospital than a private hospital for humans charge. They don't even have a nurse on duty overnight. Very dissatisfied customer.

I so wanted greencross support...but..can handle 165 as a pensioner.. so no greencross for me
