Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience at Fortitude Valley Vet. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Every step was explained clearly, options were discussed thoughtfully, and we felt completely informed and reassured the whole way through. You can tell this team takes real pride in what they do. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet who is both meticulous and genuinely caring.

Negative experience: Unfriendly, compassionless Vet Cher stabbed my small 4 month old 1.5 kg puppy with a very large needle, quite aggressively without consulting or preparing me or my dog for the action. My puppy is now traumatized by such a terrible experience administered by Cher. Be sure to know what to expect during the consultation because me and my puppy were caught completely by surprise. I felt rushed with all the information given by the vet. It was a very difficult visit for me and my puppy so just be sure to know what’s happening at each step of the consultation before the vet just rifles through a compassionless approach to his practice.

Fantastic experience: First time here with our Cavoodle, Storm had a dental procedure, they done a great job, very thorough and gave a lot of good advice. We will be back for sure. We’ve booked her in for her next procedure.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had such a great experience with Fortitude Valley Vets. The team is friendly, professional and genuinely caring. Whenever I’ve had concerns about my dog, Jax, they’ve been able to fit us in and thoroughly check him over, which gives me real peace of mind. I’ve also used them several times for Jax’s dental cleans and have been really impressed with both the service and the pricing. Everything is explained clearly and the vets and nurses take great care of him from start to finish. Jax is always comfortable with them, which says a lot. It’s obvious they truly care about the animals they treat. I wouldn’t take Jax anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: We changed from a different vet and have been to Fortitude valley twice so far. We have been very happy how they have looked after our dog and cared for his teeth twice, and for a reasonable cost.

Had to return for more pain relief and nothing was too much trouble ..saw Staffy cat immediately and complimentary pain and vet visit! Never had such a great experience ever with a vet! I have been a client of theirs for nearly half a decade now, and the vets have looked after my fluffy girl from routine vaccinations to serious hospitalisation and hyperthyroidism. Vets and nurses are always helpful and friendly. Particularly noteworthy is their exceptional clinical knowledge and briefing me on the physiological details of the condition so I understand the issue. Always uses gold standard methodology in treatment. A bonus is the amazing decor and ambiance of the clinic.

Fantastic experience: Really great service, was able to take my cat on short notice and the vet was straight forward and not judgey at all. Seems like they even trimmed my cats nails while he was sedated for tests which i had been struggling to get done :').Truly so grateful for the kind staff. Will probably be making this our regular vet.

Fantastic experience: I took my Staffordshire Bull Terrier Molly in for her annual vaccine. First visit for us, as we are new to the area. This is a very nice Vet Practice - it has a nice feel as soon as you walk in. We were greeted by Gemma who was so welcoming and made us feel at home straight away. Into the consult room and Dr. Chloe took over. She gave Molly the full check over as well as her vaccine. Very thorough. Very good. Very affordable. Very enjoyable experience.

I was looking for a more affordable dental service (for my cat) than my usual vet, which I achieved but the whole experience was great. Friendly warm nurses, a warm welcoming vibe when you enter the practice. I was kept really informed about the process from preparing my cat for dental surgery; was called in the middle of the day with an update and confirmation to go ahead with teeth extraction. They showed me the X-rays after the extractions (fascinating) and fully explained what the procedure covered. My cat was very well looked after and I will definitely return to the Fortitude Valley Vet
