Fantastic experience: We had to take our beloved beautiful girl to the Manly Vet on Sunday, she was critically ill. We are just so blown away by the staff and care we have received, our girl was cared for so beautifully. She was sat with and loved all night while the vets did absolutely everything and more to help her. The next day the staff were in constant contact to update us on her which really helped ease our anxiety. We do not get treated anywhere near as well at the Redlands hospital as our girl got treated there. Will be asking to be taken to Manly Vet if anything happens to me. From Reception to vet nurses to vets the care was the same and immaculate. Sensational communication between change over of staff and then to us as well. We cannot thank you enough.

Negative experience: Our pup is now 2.5 years old, when he was younger he got something like conjunctivitis, and we took him to this clinic. To our shock we were told he had a life long eye condition requiring every day eye drops for the rest of his life . What a sentence this would have been. We sought a second opinion and it turned out to be an easily treated infection. It’s a shame we had to pay twice to just get the right diagnosis. Pet owners, please seek a second opinion if something sounds wrong to you. We’ve also been there recently since they are the only 24 hr clinic around, and the service wasn’t great. Every time the vet disappeared , we waited too long, although there was no queue. Even if the vet needed to attend other pets in between, we spent too long waiting. Also our dog turned out to have a prostate infection (after seeing our usual vet) but at this clinic they only detected a UTI. Otherwise it is still good to have a 24 hr clinic in Manly

Fantastic experience: Manly Road Veterinary Hospital has been my choice for the last 12 years, and even though it requires a 40 minute drive, I couldn’t be happier with the care they consistently provide. The 24/7 availability offers peace of mind knowing I can park safely in a well-lit location and access top-quality care at any time. What I especially appreciate is the compassionate and supportive care offered to both patients and pet owners. This happens consistently at the point of reception through to the dedicated medical team led by Dr Christine and Dr Pauline. Right from arrival, there is a feeling of reassurance so that pet owners appear relaxed enough to chat with others in the safe waiting area. You don’t have to worry about agitated or unwell pets feeling anxious. There is sufficient space to find a quiet waiting spot. Access to good coffee also helps. What I appreciate most is the way all the vets thoroughly explain the medical condition, treatment options, and are always open to answering my questions, all the while gently reassuring my dog. There is a sense that the emotional well-being of the pet owner is just as important as the physical well-being of the patient. The expertise and dedication of vets and nursing staff is second to none. I highly recommend MRVH to anyone in need of exceptional veterinary assistance. Jane and Minny

Negative experience: I had just baught an 8 week old pup and she was acting weird so i took my 8 week old puppy here in the past and after a quick look over her I was told she had fading puppy syndrome..... so my options were to pay $4000 and they can keep her comfortable for the night ( she wont make it till morning) or i "can put her down now to save money" I knew this wasnt pfs so I walked out ( my sister went back and paid for the appointment) turns out after a second opinion she had hookworm so never again would I trust this vet service. ( she had hookworm from my owner we baught her off ) She passed a week later

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise the staff enough. Our little old 16 year old was attacked by a rottie within our family but food related. The staff have been so amazing every time we have had a follow-up appointment. Right from the first night we arrived a staff member came to our car when we pulled in and took Pepa off us and straight into the surgery. We were so traumatised and the staff conveyed their treatment plan and kept us well informed during the night. Since then every consult has been well communicated within the treating teams and with us. They have been amazing. Thankyou to all the staff for looking after our precious little 16 yr old. We can’t Thankyou enough.

Fantastic experience: First time I have attended this 24 hour vet hospital and was very impressed. Dr Mpho was professional, kind, very knowledgeable and reassuring during a stressful time. I am very grateful for this local out-of-hours service and can highly recommend them. Dr Mpho treated my older cocker spaniel with kindness and explained everything clearly Including the blood test results (and the bill was not bad as I thought either!). Worth every cent for the reassurance and care my dog received out-of-hours. My dog is much better today! Big thanks & great work.

Fantastic experience: This morning, our family came in to the Manly 24hr vet with our 13-year old bichon frise, Ellie, who had been suffering from significant heart-related issues and needed urgent attention. We had to come to the heart-wrenching decision to put her to rest, after consulting with the veterinary team. From our previous appointments with the hospital, to this morning, we have been blown away by the care and service we've received from the team. Our vet (Dr Miranda), as well as the nurses out back and front-of-house staff treated this morning's situation with a level of professionalism and compassion that allowed us to say goodbye in a dignified fashion whilst ensuring Ellie herself had the most painless and calming experience possible. We are extremely grateful for the care we received, and we believe that this difficult process couldn't have been managed any better by all of the team. Thank you all so much

Fantastic experience: We had to rush our baby girl staffy to the manly Rd 24hr vet at around 10pm after she tried to eat a cane toad, foaming at the mouth. We did not have time to call ahead we just drove straight there no warning. They saw us pull in with us completely panicked and they very quickly rushed out to take her and get her out the back for treatment. Needless to say, everything went well, very friendly, the girl at the front desk was so reassuring and they gave us plenty of updates. Was totally expecting to pay more but ended up being around $200, which felt like a small price to pay for peace of mind she was in good hands.

Negative experience: FILTER THE LOWEST REVIEWS For a true assessment of this VET HOSPITAL. As part of a very large Dog community I can assure you this Manly Road vet has the worst reputation and you’ll see that consistently through the lowest reviews which are the accurate ones. There is something very suspicious about the positive review. Some don’t even have words it is easy to purchase reviews these days!! I came in on a Sunday with my dog for an emergency and was extremely disappointed with the behaviour of the front-desk staff, particularly Sarah. While I was explaining the situation, she began biting her nails, looking away, and then turned to start a separate conversation with the vet before I had even finished speaking. I had to move to another team member just to continue explaining the emergency. As I walked away, I heard laughter behind me. When I turned around, both staff members were smiling and sniggering. This continued for approximately 25–30 minutes — and I have video footage that clearly shows the behaviour. They were laughing at me, my dog, or turning it into a completely inappropriate sexual situation I’m not sure but it was disgusting, it was completely inappropriate during an emergency visit. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic courtesy was genuinely shocking. This experience left me feeling disrespected and unsupported at a time when compassion was needed most. I find an interesting her role is called customer support. There is nothing supported about her customer service. The conduct I experienced by Elizabeth The veterinarian that came out interrupting, smiling at me while I was reporting the incident and discussing the incident with her— including dismissiveness, lack of respect, raised voice, and denial of observed behaviour attempting to gaslight me — appears to fall below the expected professional, ethical, and communication standards outlined in the Queensland veterinary Code of Conduct, which requires veterinarians to treat clients with respect, maintain professionalism, and communicate HONESTLY. The front or floor manager came out After Elizabeth dragging the consult as long as she could, I thought this seems like a different Vet there’s gotta be something going on Next minute management arrives and continues the disgusting behaviour over topping me with a smile on a face saying none of this didn’t happen. I’ve never witnessed my staff behaving this way. He’s the kicker blaming my embarrassment on this whole incident. We understand as a pet owner. You’re very embarrassed that your dogs penis wouldn’t retract. GASLIGHTING and psychological manipulation. I did get an apology from Elizabeth But it was not until I began quoting the code of conduct and the veterinary surgeons board and formal complaints until they started to take me seriously and wipe their smiles off their face. I hope there is no response from Manly Road vet on this review that attempts to psychologically manipulate me any further there has been enough of that. Thank you. I know what happened. I saw what happened and I heard what happened because I was there.

We lost our beautiful Lucy in September, and throughout her treatment and gentle passing, they were compassionate, supportive, and genuinely caring. They guided us through every step with such kindness and empathy. We feel so grateful to have had them by our side. Manly Road Vet is so much more than a clinic — it’s a place with real heart and soul for both animals and their families.

I’ve had to bring two of my guinea pigs here as they were crossing the rainbow bridge, and the team made both experiences peaceful and filled with care. Fantastic experience: Our 16 year old Labrador suddenly required urgent attention on a Sunday evening. Arriving at the clinic, we were seen by a Vet within about 20 minutes (2 other emergencies were ahead of us). A physical examination and a blood test performed immediately confirmed that we were dealing with a serious illness and imaging performed the next day revealed extensive Cancer of the Liver. There was no choice, the only option was for our pet to be put humanely to sleep. We were looked after by 3 Vets who were all very professional and kind, as was the attending staff. Communication was excellent. Other reviews have expressed some concern about the cost of the services. As a retired hospital based Doctor, I can assure you that the costs charged are exactly what one would pay in a human hospital if it was not funded by Medicare. The clinic is actually a 24 hour, 7 day a week animal hospital which has to pay wages, general upkeep and run expensive blood analysis and imaging services, maintaining kennels and operating theaters and associated equipment. Although the whole process was obviously upsetting, I can unequivocally recommend this family owned and run Veterinary Hospital. Our pet was very well cared for at the end of her life. Intravenous fluids and proper pain relief was appropriately given. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: First time ever coming to manly road vet on 19th October (Sunday AM) My dog piper couldn’t open her eye so I brought her down as I was very worried for her. I was very lucky as no one else was waiting to be seen. Dr Sidney P took us in and he thoroughly looked at her eye and did tests to find the cause. He was incredibly kind, gentle and knowledgeable. I was so impressed with my overall visit. The ladies at reception were also so lovely. I left feeling so much better knowing she had medication to relieve her eye. I Came back for a follow up On Tuesday 21st with a different male vet. I don’t recall his name but he was exceptional as well! Thank you all so much for the work you do.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Manly Rd Vet since the early 90's with my 2 previous furbabies we got in 1991. We recently (September 11th) helped our 18yr 9mth old furbaby cross the rainbow bridge. Our vet Dr Mpho was absolutely fantastic, he was patient and gave us time while we sobbed and said farewell to our sweet girl Bonnii. Over the years Bonnii has seen various vets and let's be honest, for a 4kg dog she was a handful (sweet to us but had a heart of a warrior & attitude to match and high anxiety, she was a patient of behavioural vet Dr Cam Day). Whilst some say Manly Rd is more expensive and in some cases that may be the case but we also have the convenience of 24hr care, 24hr consultations etc.and the knowledge that our pets won't be alone overnight while sick. For example my partner called another vet at Capalaba as was closer and they were going to charge us $695 (after hours for them - 7pm as I had to get back from the city where I work) just to put our baby girl to sleep, Manly Rd was $195 because their after hours starts later. At the end of the day we can't please everyone all of the time but Manly Rd has always been good to me and my last 3 furbabies. Thank you Dr Mpho and the team for helping us with the hardest part of owning a pet and making it as easy as it could be. I'm not crying, you're crying :)

Negative experience: This vet all they want is your money they do not care about your pet

Fantastic experience: We brought our much loved bulldog Charlie to the Manly Road Surgery this morning after a full night of focal seizures. We took the whole family along with the expectation that we would not be returning home with our little mate. We were seen by Tanir and the team and Charlie was immediately whisked away and from that moment we felt he was in such competent and caring hands. Tanir (Tan) offered us a number of solutions that allowed us to take Charlie home with us again much to our enormous relief.

Fantastic experience: Dr Tony - Compassionate surgeon

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this clinic. I first went to the emergency with my dog after he scratched his eye. I asked the nurse if it was urgent or if it could wait until the next morning. I was told that eye issues can deteriorate quickly and that they couldn’t determine the extent of the damage without staining the eye. However, after taking my dog in, they returned saying he was “too anxious,” gave me pills, and told me to come back the next day. In other words, despite their initial warning, it was apparently fine to wait until morning. That unnecessary visit cost me $70. The next day, I returned as instructed. I had to muzzle my dog myself—something that in reputable clinics is handled by trained staff. The issue was with his left eye, yet the vet came back saying they had stained his right eye instead. When I pointed this out, the vet said he “couldn’t put my dog through more stress” and merely looked at the left eye without staining, claiming it was fine. This meant I went through another stressful and expensive appointment that ultimately provided no value. That visit cost $134. So in total, I paid $204 for nothing. To make matters worse, the painkillers they prescribed made my dog vomit. This entire experience was distressing, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money. I will never return to this clinic and cannot recommend their services to anyone who cares about their pet.

Fantastic experience: My kitty was seen immediately and given great care at a very fair price. The vets were knowledgeable, reassuring and explained everything clearly.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I recently had to make the very difficult decision to have my dog euthanised. The experience itself was already extremely stressful and emotional, but it was made worse by the lack of compassion shown by the attending male vet. When I arrived, I asked him to please walk me through what would happen and explained that I wanted to hold my dog as she passed. Instead, he took her out of the room without explanation and was gone for over 15 minutes. During that time, we genuinely thought she may have already been put to sleep without us. When he eventually returned with a nurse (who was very kind and compassionate), she explained the process. By that stage, however, I felt I could not trust him to handle my dog’s final moments with the empathy and respect she deserved. I therefore politely asked for a different vet. To him, it seemed like it was just another routine procedure, but to me, it was the hardest goodbye I’ve ever had to make. In such moments, empathy and compassion matter deeply—not only for the animal but also for the grieving owner.

Negative experience: Sorry guys, i dont like leaving bad reviews but we feel a bit ripped off. Long story short, we brought our cat in for vomiting. We had to pay for an xray ($400) to see his stomach. And leave him over night with a $1000 deposit. We turned up later that night asking to take him home as we just can't afford further treatment. We were told we couldn't take him home. He's on a drip. But they wont do anymore tests and they will call us in the morning to collect him. They never called. We called twice the next day asking to get him. They said to pick him up at 5:30 the next afternoon. And turned up to an additional $700 bill ontop of the $1000 we'd already paid. They literally held our cat for ransom and just kept adding to the bill against our will. After all this. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with him. And there was no diagnosis. Probably wont be back.

Fantastic experience: I can not thank manly rd vets enough for the beautiful care they have shown not only my dog Toby, but also to me. A special mention needs to be given to Tamara and Britt, they have gone above and beyond in helping Toby after his diabetes diagnosis. Toby and I are so blessed to have them as his vets!

Negative experience: Some staff have not adequately protected client accounts and deflect blame when issues surrounding client accounts are brought to attention. Don't get me wrong, most of the staff are nice, but unfortunately it doesn’t outweigh the security concerns.

Negative experience: Manly rd Vets recommended BERANSA medication for our otherwise perfectly healthy jack russell terrior as they advised he may have been suffering from arthritis , however after just 2 injections he had a massive internal bleed and died ,when we took him to manly rd they advised he was internally bleeding and then he died ,as my wife sat there with his dead body they approached her for the $800 bill to be paid immediately with an EFTPOS machine ,after we researched the drug they recommended , we found this DRUG has been killing dogs all over the world and there are now class actions commencing , after our dog died and manly rd vets were immediately paid , i wrote and advised the circumstances , they never responded or called , i would NOT RECOMMEND manly rd vets to ANYONE .

Negative experience: Won't go here again, paid close to a thousand dollars for my dog to be seen hours after waiting, only walked away with medication and heavily sedated dog, so many things went wrong this night, so heartbreaking for our poor boy, luckily we got a different opinion from another vet with the right medication, but will not go to manly 24 hr hospital again, overly priced for what they offer, it's actually quite sad tbh

Fantastic experience: We couldn’t feel more grateful for the care we received when we had to take our sick girl in and unfortunately could not bring her home with us. From the moment I called up, to the updating phone calls I received about our girl. Everyone at the clinic is sooo unbelievably caring and we felt so looked after. Although it wasn’t a good outcome with our girl, we knew they did everything they could to make her feel comfortable. You guys are amazing and should be so proud of yourselves always.

Fantastic experience: After 2 recent bad experiences at animal emergency centre stone corner, I decided to make a few calls when our Lexi needed surgery on a public holiday. From the first call to pick up, manly rd veterinary hospital was professional, understanding and worked with our budget. Other places were happy to let our baby suffer and book her in on a non public holiday to save 30% on the surgery but Manly rd vet hospital had Lexi in surgery and home in less than 10 hrs at a fair and reasonable cost. Some places were quoting double the price for public holiday emergency surgeries. I can understand a minor surcharge to cover penalty rates on public holidays for staff but some places were just taking advantage of pet owners. I love supporting honest and understanding small businesses. I’ll be sure to refer you to any friends that need assistance. Lexi says thank you too!

Fantastic experience: Our little girl (cat) was hit by a car and they were open after hours, and handled her very well overnight, the team was professional and very knowledgeable and only escalated her when her injuries needed more tlc. But for the overnight stay she was there, felt safe and reassured with their communication back and forth to us. Highly recommend

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting picked up a stray cat that was pooping blood and was sick and a male vet there told me and my partner their only duty of care is to put the cat down yet took it to Redlands vet and they took him in and started treating him. Horrible

Positive experience: I am so grateful for this practice being open 24hrs in our area and making emergency appointments available. I was happy for the care my dogs got, but I did have to advocate a bit. I only gave 3 stars because I question whether the vets (Aleta was the one we had on both occasions) are paid on commission for how many tests they run?? I felt unnecessary tests were being ordered and I wasn’t being listened to.

Fantastic experience: Most vets find dealing with my Rottweiler, Bear, quite daunting - despite him being well behaved & non-aggressive. However, the team at Manly Road 24hr Veterinary Hospital were absolutely fantastic. Bear was quite nervous during his visit for desexing, but they handled him with such care, patience, and professionalism. Bear also attended the clinic when he cut his paw. We were so impressed with how well they managed him both times and are incredibly grateful for the wonderful treatment he received. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Negative experience: I Would never take another or even recommend taking any animal here, they didn't help at all... It was 11:30 p.m. My dog was very unwell, he was walking like he was completely drugged and drunk, his eyes rolling back in his head & Peeing uncontrollably, so I took him to manly 24 hr vet to seek help for my best friend & loyal companion, after a very misleading & pointless consultation which didn't relieve or help any of his symptoms & not even diagnoses on anything also no ensuring he would be ok they made me pay $320 and after paying the payment which they had wanted, They then told me that if I wanted them to continue to help my dog, I would have to pay another $460 & leave my dog there with them. I started crying & begging for them to help me but they insisted without another payment of $460 they cannot help in any way. So after not being able to get any help from them what do ever, I left crying with my dog in my arms......... An absolute joke

Fantastic experience: Our dog Rico ingested some sand at the beach and through the night he became extremely uncomfortable; pacing and began to vomit We brought him to see the vet first thing. The team from the initial call through to treatment were great. The vet was able to provide us multiple options (including pricing) upfront while Rico was having x-rays. We left there with a plan with the option to return if our Rico did not improve. Rico made a quick recovery within the next 24 hours thanks to the team there. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Big shoutout to the team at Manly Rd Vets. Back in December- my dog Neo have had a toad or insect spit into his eye and it went really puffy and painful for him. We went to Manly Rd after hours and was given a treatment plan of 3 eye drops 5 mins apart every 2 hours for like 3 weeks with regular follow ups. We managed to save his eye, it’s cleared up and neo is doing great like it never happened.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Manly Road Vet Hospital. You were kind and compassionate when we brought our dog in at midnight in an emergency situation. We cannot fault your care and understanding. It was a sad outcome for us with our pup needing to be put down, but in the circumstances we could not have asked for more. Thank you. Very much.

Fantastic experience: On 23 December Dr Brian and Nurse Catherine attended our home to euthanise our 18 year old westie Angus. Our little boy was adored and much loved but what was an unbelievably difficult time was nevertheless made easier by Brian and Catherine. They were so understanding of our grief, their calming presence and advice was touching and they treated our Angus with the dignity he deserved. Our little one has always received the best of care at Manly Road including eye surgery from Dr Pauline and our family would highly recommend this amazing veterinary service to anyone seeking personalised care for your fur baby. Fantastic experience: I'm always using these guys, I had a possum that got electrocuted, and I was unsure of what to do, but these guys are more than helpful. Also on another occasion I found a baby bird, that had fallen out of its nest, and these guys were like yep bring him in. They are so helpful thanks heaps guys

Negative experience: I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not bring your pets here they are just money grabbing thieves. My dog cut his foot open, and I took him here. All they pretty much did was clean his foot, put 2 staples in his foot, and I was charged $630 absolutely ridiculous

Fantastic experience: The first time I went to Manly Road vets, was the worst day of my life. The level of compassion & care we recieved helped us through a very difficult time. We've happily returned for years - even though we live a distance away - and our animals always recieve the best of care & we'd choose Manly Road over any other hospital.

Negative experience: Took a small possum that's been sleeping on my balcony hiding in my pot,logically I took it to this vet to protect it from being killed by cats that have already killed wildlife on a tenants balcony at the unit complex not to mention I have a house cat,tree was trimmed with no place for it to go,I was told to take it back to my balcony despite me not being a career with a license and because nothing's wrong with it despite being in danger of being killed by cats,after putting me and my adult son in distress and spoken to like crap,finally the one in charge offered to ring the RSPCA,there's no common sense,justification,or compassion here,and you who first served us abusively should be on the other side of the counter,

Fantastic experience: Great service. The vet explained possible treatment & options in detail. Allowed time with my dog to provide comfort & reduce stress. The vet was very calm, friendly & efficient.

Negative experience: In a word DISGUSTED. Tried to guilt me into excessive treatment and was very cold with no compassion towards myself or my pet. My cat had a tick and they said that they got it out after they did that they said they would check for more. Once I left after they said I would have to pay 1500-3000 to keep him there, the next day I took him to a different (better) vet they found a second tick in about 5 minutes. If I hadn’t of taken him to another vet he would have died so overall very poor service and in extremely disappointed. Would not come back.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful vets very helpful and obviously care about their patients and the families who love them. Really affordable and kind with good advice and friendly helpful staff. 10/10 best vet ever

Negative experience: The way Mona, my partner and I were treated at Manly Road 24 hour vet was appalling and traumatic for us all. My dog Mona had a brain tumour and has had seizures before. Every seizure is less than 5 minutes and never required emergency care, we would just wait to see our regular vet. This time she started having cluster seizures, so we needed to go to a 24/7 vet to get anti seizure medication. Boy did we make a mistake. Manly Road knew we were on the way, I gave them the run down over the phone. We rung the bell multiple times when we arrived, no answer. Mona starts drooling, circling, we knew she was going to have another. I ring the bell over and over again banging on the door, ringing their phone, finally they come out after 5-7 minutes. 5-7 minutes can be life or death for your pet, they knew we were coming. (They said they didn’t hear the bell the first two times we rung .) One of the ladies comes out as Mona is falling to the ground and I say she’s having another just wait. She proceeds to scoop her up mid seizure and take her inside. They put her on their tables, 4 people forcibly held Mona down by each limb and her neck. She was beside herself, screaming a scream I have never heard in my life. Another lady came to us and said “Go wait in the consult room.” No empathy with her delivery at all. We go to the room but Mona is still screaming, she was terrified. Jake and I left the consult room and went back to her and told them please just let her have a break she’s never acted like this before, she’s scared, she has had 3 before we know she goes back to normal within 5 minutes. They responded along the lines of “well we can, but what if it gets worse” and proceeds to forcibly hold her down and do what ever they did with her. I had to walk away at that point. Before asking us one question about Mona and her history, they had already sedated her. Mona’s last memories conscious and alert were traumatic, she was terrified and scared. She had the best two weeks of her life, for her last conscious memories to be that. Don’t worry, it gets worse. The receptionist hands us a contract along the lines of we accept paying a bill of $800-$1200 as our dog was treated for an emergency. Before even asking one question about my dog, they are shoving a piece of paper at us after our money. They cared more about the money than anything else. I told them I do not want them to do anymore treatment other than stabilise her so I can take her home to our regular vet. The receptionist replied with something along the lines of “So are you just gonna take her home and keep letting her have seizures?” Who in their right mind says something like that. The lack of empathy from this staff member was disgusting. I spoke with a vet who was quite nice to us to be fair, and told her I was unhappy with how we were treated and that I want my dog back. We had to carry Mona’s limp unconscious body to the car. We decided to drive straight to Animal Emergency Services Underwood to proceed with putting Mona to sleep and end her suffering. When we arrived Mona’s body was still seizing, we knew this was her time. The staff at AES were amazing, I cannot fault them. They rushed her to emergency, when we got into the room, we were formally greeted by multiple vets who introduced us to them by their names, and explained exactly what they were going to do to Mona. I could go on about the amazing service we received from them. I’m sure there are many people that have had great experiences from Manly Road, and I don’t want to take away from all the good they have done for other peoples pets. But they failed mine and failed us with how we were treated. We want to thank Koala Park our regular vet for looking after Mona for the past 11 years. And we want to thank AES for making our last moments with Mona on the 29/08 peaceful and calm, I cannot thank them enough for that. I would highly recommend all my friends and family in the Redlands, if you are needing an emergency 24/7.. make the 6 minutes extra trip and go to AES, I wish we did.

Fantastic experience: Huge thanks to Dr. Karen for saving my beloved Suki from chocolate toxicity! As soon as I found the empty wrapper of 70% dark chocolate, I called and they did a quick calculation (chocolate type, amount, dog weight) and let me know that it was serious. (On the drive there, Suki began showing symptoms – racing heartbeat and laboured breathing.) Dr. Karen (and others, no doubt) jumped into action to get as much chocolate out of her body as quickly as possible. The male receptionist was also reassuring, but made no promises. After a 24 hour stay, she was good to go home. Forever grateful to Dr. Karen for saving her life. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Amazing vets - have come here now and again throughout the years, however they are now my primary / goto vets. Everyone from the reception staff, to the veterinarians themselves have always been caring, considerate and a delight to speak to.

Fantastic experience: The staff are absolutely amazing. They listen to all your concerns, no matter how small, and take the time to explain in simple terms so you can understand and feel comfortable with the course of treatment. They communicate regularly, and everyone you speak to really seems to be invested in your pet's treatment, and you feel you can trust your pet is in the best of care. They also offer 2 afterpay options, including Zip Money, which is very helpful, especially in today's economy. I couldn't recommend this vet more.

Fantastic experience: I recently changed vets to get a second opinion on my senior puppy Lola and the team at Manly Rd vets were amazing. Tamara and Kathryn were especially knowledgeable, supportive, and compassionate during a tough time where we had to say goodbye to our fur baby. Fantastic experience: We had to say goodbye to our dog, Cleo, recently and the care from this vet at this difficult time was exceptional. I can't remember the vets name, but she was so compassionate, talked through the whole process and gave us time to say our goodbyes. This week we received Cleo's paw print and her hair in a love heart to remember her from Manly Rd. This was such a lovely gesture and one that we will treasure.

Fantastic experience: I recently had to put down my beloved 10-year-old chocolate lab, and I am incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown by Manly Road 24hr Vet and their staff. They were professional, kind, and explained every step, ensuring Jasper was comfortable. Their staff made a difficult situation more bearable. Fantastic experience: New to this clinic & I have nothing but positives to say! From the moment you enter reception, you know that you’re dealing with a very ethical & professional clinic. Reception staff are friendly & very accommodating. Nurses are awesome! Especially Kelly. Very lovely young lady. Our only experience so far is with Dr Sharon, who is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate & professional. It’s refreshing to have a vet that doesn’t just throw ‘bandaid’ solutions in the form of unnecessary drugs & tests at you, but rather get to the root of the cause of your furkids problems. So very, very happy with my decision to change vets after 9 years! 10 gold stars guys! Keep up your awesomeness!

Fantastic experience: Dr Sharon was outstanding during our initial consultation with my beloved chihuahua, Mischa. She conducted a comprehensive assessment and demonstrated remarkable knowledge and passion for her work. The reception staff were delightful and very helpful. The clinic was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated seeing the hospital area as we walked to the consultation room out the back.

Fantastic experience: I cannot explain how amazing Manly Road Vets are. They have looked after our 4 year old GSD girl who was "difficult" and had a lot of medical issues. Nothing was ever a problem- emergency script refills, outside of hours visits, and a million calls asking if this or that was a concern they are always helpful and amazing and honestly just phenomenal. When we transferred from another vet a few years back i thought they might be expensive because of the animal hospital component but my bills and medication costs went down. I was so surprised. ( i would pay anything for peace of mind but the bills costing less than before was a massive bonus) Even last week when when my GSD girl unexpectedly passed I was extremely emotional and traumatized and they were so good to me (and her) they looked after her and arranged the autopsy and the cremation services. They are the nicest, most caring and compassionate team of animal lovers and I will always take my pets to them. Thank you !!!!

Fantastic experience: Open 24hrs, professional, caring and informative. Had to say good bye to my dog, they made him comfortable and gave us plenty of time to say good bye. 100% recommend them

Negative experience: I'm sure some staff are lovely, however the young vet I had was extremely rude. I rang the doorbell after waiting 40 minutes, she ignored it several times despite me watching her talk with a friend. When she answered she just opened the door and looked at me. I asked where rhe bathroom is and she just pointed in a direction. I then saw another one of her friends show up with his dog and they continued to talk about their friends and she clipped the dogs nails then he left. I continued to wait outside. When I finally got in hours later, the vet commented on how hard it must be for my dog because she's overweight and it isn't fair for her. The whole reason I went to the vets was because my dog can't walk any more due to arthritis.... she's 12 and not going to be in her fittest shape, I'm also not restricting a 12 year old dogs diet! Nothing productive came from the vets mouth but rudeness, she then put my dog through some tests. I refused because I didn't trust her.

Fantastic experience: After having surgery at a different veterinary clinic, we unfortunately had to rush our Labrador Retriever x Trixie to the Manly Road 24hr Vets as her pain medication wasn't working. Then again the next night because she had an allergic reaction, third night later she was back again with a swollen foot! We couldn't catch a break, but all the staff at Manly Road 24hr Vets were phenomenal! They were so kind and caring, and treated Trixie with such care and compassion. They're so understanding, and we couldn't thank them enough for putting our minds at easy, especially after all the phone calls and questions! I also want to say a huge thank you to Dr Tamille! She was absolutely amazing at explaining everything to us in a way us normal people would understand, she took the time to really listen to us, and the concerns and questions we had, and the amount of care and compassion she showed us was truly remarkable. I would highly recommend Manly 24hr Veterinary Hospital to everyone.

Fantastic experience: A great institution in the local area. They selflessly take in hundreds of lost animals every year and don’t ask for anything in exchange for giving them a safe place to be whilst their owners are able to pick them up. What a great community service!

Fantastic experience: We took our 7 month old indi in yesterday as she had been throwing up and had the runs. We were quite concerned about her but the vet doctor (sorry forgot her name) here put our minds at ease and gave us our options without being pushy. We made a decision and it has already worked within a day saving us possibly hundreds of dollars! Can't thank these guys enough
