Fantastic experience: All the staff are very helpful good vet that we see only been once which is good that's what we all want healthy pets nice and clean and new so yes would recommend

Fantastic experience: Armstrong creek veterinary practice are fantastic. Our vet Kate, got us through our first Stelfonta for our golden retriever Freddie. Freddie's MCT was on top of his foot. Stelfonta was our weapon of choice. It was tough, but my God Kate was there with us every step of the way. Kate did the injection for our boy and was beside him all the way. It didnt really bother Freddie, he took it in his stride. We cant recommend Armstrong creek vet practice and Kate and all the girls there highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience today at the Armstrong Creek Veterinary Clinic with my puppy, Nala. We saw the owner of the clinic, who was absolutely wonderful — so friendly and gentle with Nala, and very informative throughout the appointment. The whole experience was professional, welcoming, and reassuring. I really couldn’t fault anything and will definitely be using them as my preferred local veterinary clinic from now on. Highly recommend!

When it was time for my beautiful Bella to cross the rainbow bridge, they offered not only professional expertise but also genuine kindness and support. Their empathy made a heartbreaking moment a little more bearable, and I felt truly comforted knowing Bella was in such loving hands. Thank you for your dedication and compassion.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly Professional and Empathetic! Unfortunately, our cat required to be euthanised recently due to a freak incident whilst we were away overseas. The whole team we dealt with were incredibly thorough and prompt with their updates to us abroad whilst also dealing seamlessly with our cat sitter in person whilst we worked through this difficult decision from overseas. They also offered to FaceTime us off their own personal phones to chat and see him one last time before he passed. The team were then happy to hold him for us until we returned to Australia (at no additional cost) so we could finalise everything in person. They had also prepared some keep sake items for us of him for when we came in. They made a difficult time as smooth and stress free as possible given the circumstances.

Fantastic experience: Genna at reception is sooo lovely. She is always so happy and friendly and willing to help. Vet Lucy has also been amazing throughout my experience at AC vet and I also find their pricing very affordable.

Fantastic experience: I took my 12 week old pup in for her immunization and check. I have never experienced such a great vet. She expressed she wanted it to be a good experience for everyone and she absolutely did. Highly recommend this vet!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Veterinarian Lucy highly enough. Her compassion, knowledge and transparency goes well beyond anything I've experienced at other clinics. Vet Nurse Alice is also terrific, it genuinely feels like both her and Dr Lucy love my dog just as much as I do. I'm beyond grateful to the team at AC Vet for all their amazing ongoing care for my senior girl.

Fantastic experience: I take all my fosters here over a clinic closer to me because they are fabulous! Gorgeous vet nurses and techs who adore your animals as much as you do. So grateful for these guys. Appointment times are always catered to to the best availability, your matters are heard and all requests are actioned in a timely manner.

Fantastic experience: Incredible care. Such an amazing, professional and pragmatic staff. Dr Zara and Dr Kate feel like they are part of our family. Through the cycle of life; time to say goodbye to our elderly dog, to welcoming a new foster fail, the Armstrong Creek Vet team have been by our side. So grateful to have such wonderful people in our lives taking care of our babies (and us by extension).

Fantastic experience: Just a reminder that dogs and macadamia nuts don’t mix, they are toxic. Miss Blossom the cavalier worked out how to open pantry, scale a shelf and devour what we thought was about 5 nuts but in reality a lot more. Quick call to vet, probably a speeding fine, but they “got it out in the time frame”. A huge thank you to armstrong creek vets for getting on top of this and sorting it out quickly. Amazing team and very very cost friendly.

Fantastic experience: I started taking my own cats here after having amazing experiences with my foster kittens. Every single staff member is phenomenal, and I’ve never had a bad experience! Their care and compassion is second to none, and I cannot recommend the team enough! I know every time I leave my cats or foster kittens in their care, they will treat them like their own babies. I look forward to many more years of working with Armstrong Creek Veterinary Practice!

Fantastic experience: Last Thursday, my puppy Arlo collapsed after picking up a neurotoxin at Breamlea Beach. I rushed him to Armstrong Creek Veterinary Clinic, where Jeannette a kind staff member took him from my arms as I broke down in panic, with my other dog beside me. Not long after, they told me he was dead on arrival — but they brought him back. The team cared for us with such compassion. I was given a quiet space, checked on, and supported through the shock. When it was time to transfer Arlo to GARS for critical care, Alice, one of the incredible vets, drove my car home for me because I was too shaken to drive. She helped drop off my other dog and let me grab my shoes (which I’d left at the beach in a panic). I then travelled with the team and Arlo to GARS, where he was placed on a ventilator for 48 hours. Thanks to both Armstrong Creek Vets and the amazing staff at GARS, Arlo is a healthy and happy puppy again! A heartfelt thank you to Lucy,Sarah, keely, Alice, Zara, Genna, Emma and the whole team. They’re not just highly skilled professionals, they’re deeply compassionate humans who go above and beyond. They even followed up with a calls and messages to check in which meant the world! We owe Arlo’s life to them and feel incredibly lucky to have such an amazing clinic in our community.

They responded to an emergency call-out with such care, urgency, and genuine compassion. In one of the hardest moments, they not only looked after my pet with incredible professionalism but also showed real empathy toward me. What really stood out was their willingness to help with the costs something they didn’t have to do, but it showed just how much they truly care. Fantastic experience: The staff at Armstrong Creek Vets have always gone above and beyond for all of our pets ( we have had 7 pets who have been cared for there so far). We cannot thank them enough for everything that have done and continue to do for our beloved dogs and cats. Even the little things like tracking down an inflatable donut collar for our Kelpie across Geelong and by calling other vets / doing online searches to secure one for us. If you are looking for compassionate, opeminded, expert, friendly vet services for your pets 10000% recommend :)

They have been the best with anything looking after our pup, they are super understanding of his anxiety around vet visits and always been accommodating with that. They go above and beyond and care for your pets as their own. We’re sad we have moved and have to find a new local vet, we’ll miss the Vet’s and staff.

Fantastic experience: The vets, nurses and reception staff at Armstrong Creek Vet are exceptional. They have never turned us away with our emergencies, no matter how big or small. Bring first time dog owners we've brought our puppy in more often than not, and have received exceptional care and service from everyone we've met. They always follow up and provide support, as well as on the spot gap payment for pet insurance. We couldn't be happier with our local vet.

Fantastic experience: Lucy was really helpful implementing a strategy to help with our cat’s behavioural issues. She was very understanding and took plenty of time to hear the whole story and everything we have tried and failed with. He is already much happier and less aggressive, I even managed to get this picture of him letting my three year old pet him on the head ❤️

Negative experience: Don't take wildlife here. Took a baby rainbow lorikeet in. Must of got put in the too hard basket and they put it in the literal bin. We told them we were happy to look after the bird if need be. We were given a bunch of rubbish reasons as to why they disposed of it, one of which being it may never fly again. Once again it was a baby and we said we would care for it. Not good enough.

Fantastic experience: We had the absolute pleasure of meeting the team yesterday and we are so excited but the professional, friendly service we received. Kate had taken the time to go through the medical history provided from our previous Vet, introduced herself and sat right down on the floor with both my Golden Retrievers. Dr. Steve White was marvellous. He has a very friendly, positive attitude and goes the extra distance to obtain a diagnosis and recommend sensible treatment. Couldn't speak more highly of this experience, Excellent staff too!

Fantastic experience: It was our first visit to Dr Steve today and I must say we were very impressed by his warmth and knowledge. The vet nurse (Rachel) was welcoming and clearly loves animals. Our nervous doggy “Willow” absolutely loved her too! Beautiful new and clean clinic. Very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back and will be recommending to family and friends. Thanks guys!

Negative experience: After reading all the positive reviews thought we would try this vet... Feel a bit letdown... wouldn't rave about the place. I'm glad other people got nice"courtesy" calls the next day after losing a pet (just to check how they are with the grieving process) ...not us. We had the eftpos machine brought to us in the middle of "grieving" in the private room to pay our account... Male vet had as much warmth ozzing out of him as a cold bit of salmon ..minimal eye contact with us when answering our questions.. On a positive the nurse was lovely!!!!!!
