Fantastic experience: Khai’s first time at the Vet. They were super friendly, made Khai feel relaxed and calm and they did not rush him, he got all the treats. They did his health check on his level which is amazing! Super happy and would recommend them to everyone!

Negative experience: UPDATE: Mandy is no longer here and I wouldn't take an animal I hate here nonethelessa loved pet. After Mandy left, someone else saw my dog, long story short, pretty sure they didn'tclean his catheter properly, he got a huge infection and had to be put to sleep not long after. I blame them for his early death After an initial issue with a lack of ultrasound notes on their system. Mandy (Vet) has done everything in her power to care for my dog and give him the best vet care possible. He's been diagnosed with cancer and unfortunately it's inoperable. Mandy is very caring and loving towards my dog and my boy seems to love and trust her. The nurses are also very caring and love animals.

Negative experience: Not interested in speaking to a regular customer who has spent 1000’s of $ at both eaglehawk and Epsom about an issue that arose I’d never heard of. It’s you pay and we will give you information. Wanted more information prior to paying so I didn’t need to pay twice. Not impressed.

Fantastic experience: Huge shout out to the whole team at Fur Life Vet, Epsom. They've been our regular vet since bringing our dogs into our family and I don't have a single bad thing to say. Every experience we've had has been positive, even in emergency situations. I recently had to rush my dog there for emergency surgery after a friendly nip from our other dog caused a significant laceration to his ear. At all times the team remained calm and under control. They took amazing care of Billy and made sure I was also ok. Both of our dogs have anxiety around strangers but they both love going to Fur Life Epsom and they love the whole team there. I recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much for everything you do! <3

Fantastic experience: Getting my dog vaccinated at our local Heathcote produce store is awesome, thanks to Fur Life's mobile service! We have to travel now that our local vet closed, but Fur Life brings their great service to Heathcote weekly.

Fantastic experience: We've been taking Koda (Greyhound) to Fur Life Vet Epsom for 3 years now and I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. We've had multiple emergencies and mishaps with our clumsy Greyhound and they have always given us exceptional service. we recently adopted a senior dog, Muffin, with health issues and the assistance and advice they've given has been amazing. Very friendly staff who truly care about the animals. cannot fault them

Negative experience: If I could give ZERO (0) stars I would. Honestly, I would not even give this clinic 1 star after the mortifying experience I had today with the site Manager I have been a loyal regular client of this clinic for over 4 years now and have paid over $20,000 in vet bills and fees. Upon checking emails today I noticed I had received one from Fur Life stating that I’m no longer welcome back at Eaglehawk OR Epsom Clinic due to alleged information which I tried to get to the bottom of only to be met with poor customer service and a terminated phone call. I have always spoke highly of and recommend this Veterinary Clinic to everybody I know. To say I’m disgusted in the treatment I have received is an understatement.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, efficient consultations, a wide range of services and adjacent to pet stock for a post vet pick-me-up. The ‘best mates’ program subsidises many common treatments too, I’d recommend joining. Fur life Epsom is a great regular vet.

Negative experience: Just got off the phone to this vet clinic and got spoken to so poorly I had to hang up. I was not a previous patient of this clinic but would heavily reconsider going here if they treat your pets the way they treat the people that ring them.

Negative experience: Honestly not a good vet over priced if you don't join their program thing, also told me my kitten had conjunctivitis when in fact the kitten had a cat flu, the kitten passed away as no treatment was given

She went over and beyond to check our doggy and would explain things to us in a non vet way and was amazed at all the knowledge she rattled off. Will be going back to her. Fantastic experience: My dog is absolutely terrified of the vet. We recently took him to Fur Life Epsom and they were so amazing with him. The vets all spoke to him in fun voices that made him happy and he got lots of pats. He didn’t even notice the needle for his vaccination because the vet fed him treats. You can tell they really love animals there. I’m relieved that my boy feels comfortable with them.

Positive experience: Took my dog for his annual vaccination last week, booked online a few weeks prior which was super easy & convenient. Waiting room was quiet, staff were great, doggo had his annual check up & jab & we were on our way. Cost seemed reasonable. Good location, parking was meh at 10am on a Thursday but its usually pretty good so mightve just been bad timing!

Fantastic experience: When i first arrived at Fur Life Vet my dog was anxious (new place and new people). Now, finally, my dog is used to the people from the receptionist to the vet. They are all down to earth and always try to calm me down when i have to take my dog there. For that along with their service, they deserve the 5 stars :)

Negative experience: Way too expensive. $85 to tell me my dog had a few fleas and sent me next door to Pet stock for medication. Prior to that I had told the receptionist Katlyn that I was no longer at the old address as it had burned down. She said she would remove it and put new address. When she handed me the bill it was still reading the old address. Not very professional at all. I have decided I will go back to my old vet.

Negative experience: They aren't very professional when it comes to there clients, I will be taking my business as where.

Negative experience: I'd give zero if i could. The amount of stuff ups this place does with payments and different vets and stuffing around customers is ridiculous. No communication between vets, nurses and especially admin staff. To think that we have been told that even in an emergency, they will not see our animals. How horrible.

Fantastic experience: Your availability to undertake the procedure was excellent and significantly better than other Vets contacted. The only down side was that your price was on the high side but not enough to offset of performing the procedure effectively with same day service.

Negative experience: Driving frantically with my 13 year old dog who has a Heart Murmur at 4.30 last Friday afternoon when she had collapsed on my floor,( crying) I called ahead to say we were 5 minutes away only to be told they were booked out and they closed in half an hour. Told to take her somewhere that has 24 hour service. Thank you McIvor Rd vets for saving her life. Won't be back there anytime soon

Fantastic experience: Doc Kellie Anset & her beautiful care team are so amazing. Their dedicated compassion & totally professional attitudes, diagnosis & advice were so valuable to my daughter & I regarding our 17 year old Maltese × Shitzu dog. He has been a loyal, fun, terrific friend to us for his whole life. Seeing him in pain & discomfort was breaking our hearts. It is a really tough decision to make when his age & health issues meant any operation to relieve him would probably take his last breath regardless of op outcome. I cudn't allow him to be in pain. But Doc Kellie was just awesome, so honest & considerate with our old mates well-being so well explained. With full examination, diagnosis & recommended treatments & medications being out of my financial resources, she then offered us VetPay. This service checks your credit rating & gives you a maximum financial loan with-in about 10 minutes. This allowed me to choose a fortnightly payment arrangement that fitted into my budget. Most importantly it gave us the wonderful chance to be able to take our doggie home with medications to relieve some of his illness & provide pain management for him to be comfortable & much better immediately. Tho some were eliminated after week/ 10 days, he now can see out his last months/year with us & not be in pain or deteriorating. After 3 visits in past couple of months & on-going meds he is happy & enjoying life again. I cant thank Kellie & her team enough, truly beautiful people, in careers they excel at. So if your animal family member requires help, this is the Vet Practice to choose. From our hearts to yours, thankyou so so much. Nyree, K-J, & my grandson of 4, Lincoln, & especially our sweet ole 'Oscar'dog. THANKYOU

I personally don't recommend this place if you are in tune with your pet and their health as you may be regarded as a brainwashed hippy instead of an informed pet owner very dissapointed...

Positive experience: I had mixed feelings using another vet than my local one in castlemaine but Fur Life Epsom had the technology required for my dog's needs.. I felt very reassured and found the staff to be compassionate and was given clear advice for follow up care. Also not as costly as expected

Negative experience: Staff are rude and Very unprofessional, communication absolutely awful- if I could give a rating below 1 I would. The business needs to look at the staff they are employing and re-evaluate whether or not they want customers to bring their animals to them. I was made feel awful and that my Dag was not a priority like all the others that were there that day. I would not recommend taking your animals here.
