Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I had to go and see these guys to have my cat put down today. I was a blubbering mess, but all the staff I had interaction with were amazing. They could see I was upset and went out of their way to make it as nice of an experience as it could be. They are a lovely, caring group of people. Thank you ❤️

Our elderly dog recently had to be put down. the staff went to every effort to make sure she was as comfortable as possible and were patient with us while we processed this difficult decision. Both fur life vet and central Victorian pet cremations did an excellent job creating respectful keepsakes for us to remember her with. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I had the unfortunate task of taking a dear little kangaroo Joey that we’d had in our care for the last 10 months to be humanly euthanised she came down with terrible stomach virus that proved to be much for her little body to handle, she was a real fighter but she finally said this all to hard. Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say thanks to the team at fur life for being such a caring team of people. We recently took our boy in to be desexed and they couldn't of delt with everything any better as always. Our boy doesn't like strangers and he loved Maggie she was so amazing with him. We felt safe leaving him with the team and our boy is recovering really well back to his normal self already. I highly recommend fur life Eaglehawk they really care about your animals.

Fantastic experience: Our beautiful, long-haired kitty wasn't herself, and fur life vet booked her in the very next day so that my son could have peace of mind that it wasn't anything serious going on with her, they're inseparable. Fur life was extremely helpful and didn't suggest a heap of crazy unnecessary tests or hefty costs. Our girlie just has a bit of a hairball problem, and they offered an easy solution. She has been much better since without the need for anything further needing to be done.

Fantastic experience: Requested a home visit as I’m disabled and they were only too happy to help. My dog needs surgery and they even offered to pick her up and drop her home. So so pleased with their service. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: If I could give ZERO (0) stars I would. Honestly, I would not even give this clinic 1 star after the mortifying experience I had today with the site Manager I have been a loyal regular client of this clinic for over 4 years now and have paid over $20,000 in vet bills and fees. Upon checking emails today I noticed I had received one from Fur Life stating that I’m no longer welcome back at Eaglehawk OR Epsom Clinic due to alleged information which I tried to get to the bottom of only to be met with poor customer service and a terminated phone call. I have always spoke highly of and recommend this Veterinary Clinic to everybody I know. To say I’m disgusted in the treatment I have received is an understatement.

Fantastic experience: Great vet and nurse who had to deal with our recalcitrant teenage cat for a general check-up and nail clip

Negative experience: Made an emergency call for treatment for our cat. Said I was leaving straight away. They said if I arrive at 6pm, call and the phone would direct me to an emergency triage. I arrive at 5:45pm & the vet had left at 5:30pm. I was in tears by this time. The receptionist obviously was ok, but I am totally disappointed & disgusted with the vet.

Fantastic experience: My first experience with this wonderful Veterinary service was very positive, I used their Mobile Vet service for my elderly dear boys health check-up, due to him struggling to get in and out of my car. They were so caring and he felt very safe as he was in his own environment, he even had his blood test done. Very reliable, and didn't have to wait too long for the appointment, which I appreciated so much. Thanks to all your helpful friendly team.

Fantastic experience: Lovely friendly staff very helpful for my furbabys health

Negative experience: Had good experience here in the past but today I brought in an injured bird. It and it's mate had been hit by a car wasn't able to walk far or fly. I found it standing on a 100km road, with its dead flockmate. At the vet while waiting I left it outside the door (in a towel and basket) because it was stressed already without being in a room full of noisy barking dogs and people. At reception the lady in dark clothes and glasses served me she was so rude, blunt and impatient about me leaving it outside and said to me 'go get it' annoyed that I had left it out there. I brought it to the desk and she said 'well, where is it?' and rolled her eyes when I showed it to her, gave me the form, took the bird out back and said nothing else. So much attitude and zero justification for it

Negative experience: Very expensive. Had to have my bunny put to sleep and cost $265! Had to have another bunny put to sleep last week at mcivor vet and cost $70.

Positive experience: I had to rush our 8 week old pup to the vet and this was the closest 1. Turned out he had parvo and was in an acute state. The nurses were amazing BUT the vet had no bedside manner at all. The fact that she judged me on my appearance questioning if I wanted to go through with treatment given it was very expensive was absolutely appalling. Then all she wanted was money. I'm glad my mum was there because she took over because I was beside myself with our puppy slowly deteriorating in my lap. The nurses were absolutely fantastic though. They did what was needed for us to be able to get our baby boy to Lort smith North Melbourne. A massive thank you to the nurses, our baby boy made it through this deadly disease and if it wasn't for them acting efficiently and fast - he might not be here today!

Negative experience: Put my beloved 11 year old dog to sleep at home - and 30 seconds later handed me the bill while we all in tears saying goodbye..will never use again If I could give no stars I would

Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible staff and clinic. They go above and beyond with care, and don't leave clients out of the loop. My precious twelve year old poochon was rushed here for his first vet visit (besides puppy school/vaccinations) whilst in the care of family as I am on holidays interstate. Obviously feeling incredibly anxious, heartbroken, and helpless, knowing I couldn't be there with him - staff were in regular contact with me, with updates and even photos. I cannot thank them enough for saving my babys life. Hands down best vet in Bendigo!!!

Fantastic experience: After a terrifying viscous dog attacked our puppy, Emma answered my frantic call for help. Tho it was almost closing time & there were other emergencies, these beautiful vets allowed us to come in & care for our very distressed puppy. They cleaned his wounds, checked him over fully & so gently, then explained the most professional way to care for him overnight. They also told us to bring him back in next morning, even tho booked out. This Vet surgery looked after our last fur buddy for 17 years, & were amazing when his time ended. Now we are so lucky to have a gorgeous Cavoodle & they have been caring for him so wonderfully. Thankyou, so much to all your amazing staff. Fantastic experience: When both my cats had a mishap and I was worried, the staff were very empathetic and took the time to ensure that my cats were seen as soon as possible and on the day. This was much appreciated. All the staff were so good.

Positive experience: They have been our vets for many years and always had great advice and care given to our pets Kelly is a outstanding vet , unfortunately when they changed to furlife which is a large company all prices went up quite considerable so we don't go there as much now what a shame ,but when you have many pets you try to shop around for medications (cost) ect , I also commend them for the wild life rescue they provide

Fantastic experience: Any questions I have about whatever to do with my pets they are always answered no matter how silly they sound. I never get made to feel foolish. Either receptionist, nurse or Vet are always willing to explain any concerns I may have. My 16yr old cat loves going down to them and is well behaved and makes me out to be a lier. She acts like an angle for them, I do the same thing and I'm the enemy. They really take care of your pets and are always friendly. If I thought they didn't care or they where not friendly then I would not take my pets there... In my opinion with my pets they have been great and I'm happy with there service. Positive experience: I was told the week before I went that I could go in with my cat and that I had proof that I was fully vaccinated. When I got their I wasn't allowed in.. Anyway as it turned out my cat went nuts and they had to wrap her up in a towel and she was vaccinated. Traumatic experience for all involved and when I got home my cat was fine .Good service and I'll be back again in a year for her next vaccination. Photo of Gemma meow when we got home

I recently had a mishap with my neices dog and required a prompt review of her injury and was seen on the day I called. They have a safe and healthy setup during lockdown and we were seen promptly by a friendly and very professional vet. Thanks again guys. You definitely live up to your name.

I was given a referral to animal surgery specialists in Melbourne, the appointment booked for me, for 1st thing the next day.
