Morley Vetcentre: Reviews
Fantastic experience: Our dog Maisie had an awesome stay.
Negative experience: We took our 13 year old dog to Morley Vet because she had started having trouble with her back legs. Losing balance and generally unsteady. We thought it might be old dog vestibular disease. The vet listened to us but gave no suggestion at all as to what the problem could be. She didn't check for infected ears or anything else really. All she could say was our dog was old and her back legs had arthritis. We walked out with absolutely no idea of what the problem was and it is still ongoing. We are getting a second opinion tomorrow. The appointment at Morley Vet was a total waste of time and money. Won't go back there.
Fantastic experience: Great friendly service
Fantastic experience: Lovely, helpful staff and good advice for my dog. Reasonable prices too.
Fantastic experience: I can’t thank the team enough for how they help my anxious / reactive dog feel safe so she can get treatment.
Fantastic experience: The staff were friendly a d proffessional
Fantastic experience: Great vets great service
Negative experience: I was recommended this vet centre as it was close to home. Over the five years I had my adopted older cat (12). I have nothing positive to say about this vet cener . The first time I attended I had only had my cat a few months and requested an assessment. I took her to morely, and to be fair she was feral, but they brought straight back to me with her claw caught in the the carrier informing me they had a no stress policy that I was the cause of her stress. That she needed medication before visiting, despite the fact she was more distressed after the 5 minutes with them, then the entire journey there. I brought the medication and followed thier instructions and rebooked a visit. Their no stress policy cause me more issues than getting her assessed. she got so stressed out by me trying to give her the meds and once on board, the drugs made her so upset I could even get her in her carrier...........so I cancelled that appointment .we continued our merry lives for another 5 years. On the 2nd occasions I need a vet, again I got the same response , she was treated for a UTI, but they made me feel so crap for another requirement s I either used the emergency vet ( X1) or the cat hospital ( X1). Recently when she became increasingly unwell I asked for a home visit, but they could not accommodate me, so I called else where. When the on-call Vet assessed her, they stated I need to physically go to a vet and satwith me while I phoned morely. I was in hold for 15 minutes then they asked to put me on hold again. I said no I have a vet will me, he spoke to them and they declined to take her despite ( 5 minutes) away. The visiting vet arranged another vet and I travelled the 40 minutes alone in complete distress to have the most amazing team treat me and her with respect and kindness, I warned them about previous vet experiences and my girls feral attitude, they took it in thier stride, support me and my girl. Sadly she passed. But even the post care I received from that other vets was above and beyond what I ever received from Morley. I will never return and I will never recommend. I got more kindness from a vet that didn't know use from vets I tried hard to build a relationship with.
Fantastic experience: The team are always helpful and welcoming, my dog and I always feel comfortable on arrival and I appreciate their care and attention to our needs.
Fantastic experience: Happy with the way they care and look after our pets.
Thankyou Ian
Fantastic experience: Amazing vet. My dog had gastro, Pippa looked after him, discussed practical options and then she called me on the weekend to see how he was going, gave me more advice and honestly it was really thoughtful. I've been taking my animals here for years and happily drive 30min out of my way to get the quality, wonderful care we get here.
Fantastic experience: An excellent place to bring your beloved dog.
Fantastic experience: Dr Rodney is the best surgeon he saved my chihuahua who had eaten clothes a week before and shredded her intestines and bowel she is still alive today to prove what a remarkable surgeon he is
Fantastic experience: I was worried due to the previous boarding service I had at another place. Highly recommend the dog boarding service at Morley Vet. My little nervous Jackchi stayed with them for 4 nights. Very well looked after. Thanks so much for keeping her close with customised care. Highly caring nurse and team.
Thankyou for trusting us with your little one
Negative experience: I gave up on this vet when they said they couldn't visually tell whether a lump was a wart of a cancer and that she should have surgery to get it taken out. No attempt to aspirate it and check either. Visit before that they said she needed surgery for a grass seed, I let them do it, then they told me thsy couldn't find any grass seed but at least now we know it's not there. I took her to another vet about the lump, they took one look at it and said, "It's a wart, common for dogs this age, no use doing surgery because she'll get more anyway, no use finding another way to get it off because they do come back, but she is fine". The surgery suggestion for the second time in a row really just came across as a revenue raising activity even at the expense of my dogs overall health for having unnecessary surgeries. I guess I'm glad it came across like they didn't care and weren't making any effort to use their eyes or find any less extreme alternatives because that's what led me to find a vet that comes across as experienced and genuinely interested in helping pets.
Thankyou for your feedback. There have been times when benign appearing lumps have unfortunately turned out to be malignant cancers. It's always better to confirm. Depending on the lump, some are too small to get a meaningful result with aspiration, hence require surgical removal. Hopefully in this case, it is benign, but I would advise to still be vigilant and observe for rapid growth or change in appearance.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend seeing Dr Mac here. I brought my 7-year-old goldie Belle in for an X-ray to investigate a suspected cruciate ligament tear. While the nursing staff were lovely and comforting, I found Dr Mac to be dismissive and lacking in empathy during a very stressful time. After deciding a TPLO procedure was best for my pup rather than the TTA the clinic had to offer, I felt judged for my decision. When I asked for the report to be sent to another vet who wasn’t a specialist, his response, “wow, just wow,” was extremely unprofessional and has stuck with me since. My girl is now thriving two months post-op, and while I’m glad I followed my instincts, I regret ever taking her to this clinic.
Thankyou Lara for taking the time to write your feedback. Glad to hear Belle is going well with her recovery.
Fantastic experience: What an amazing vet everyone was so helpful and caring
Thankyou Stella and Paul :)
Fantastic experience: We have a highly anxious/reactive dog and everyone who works at Morley Vetcentre are amazing with her. Makes the experience of going to the vet for us and our beautiful Blue Heeler cross much calmer and enjoyable. They are understanding and supportive. Highly recommend for all pets
Thanks for your feedback, we are so happy we can help ease the stress of coming to visit us
Negative experience: ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PRACTICE. DO NOT ATTEND. TRY OTHER VET INSTEAD. A PRACTICE THAT WILL CARE FOR YOUR PET. . Was a very friendly and helpful practice as I have been attending here with my dog since 2018. In constant contact as I needed medication for my dog monthly. Could go on but won’t. My dog got sick in July 25. Brought him here for a 3,week period. Once during a weekend. The vet did not listen, she just repeatedly told me that if she touched him she would have to charge me I was referred to a much better practice. My dog had to be euthanised that same day. They were wonderful in the new practice. Very sad to lose my dog. The new vet called a few times to see how I was. Cancelled my pet insurance and got a beautiful letter and phone call from the provider. Used my name and my dogs name. What did I get from Morley Vet centre. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. NO TEXT TO PASS THEIR CONDOLENCES. NO EMAIL TO SEND THEIR SYMPATHIES. NOTHING. THEY KNEW MY DOG FOR YEARS BUT THEY DONT CARE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR. YES I EXPECTED MORE. THOUGHT THAT THEY MIGHT NOT HAVE KNOWN SO CALLED RECEPTION TO TELL THEM. NOTHING!!!!! NOT A THING. WILL DEFINITELY BE TELLING PEOPLE NOT TO GO TO THIS MONEY HUNGRY PRACTICE. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU
Hi Michelle,
On behalf of our clinic, I am deeply sorry that you feel let down by us. Our whole team were hopeful of a brighter outcome for Charlie. The vets were concerned about his condition and we are grateful to the emergency centre and specialist clinic for seeing him so quickly.
We are truly sorry for your loss and our thoughts are with you at this difficult time.
Tracey - RVN Head Vet Nurse

Fantastic experience: Dr Thi is absolutely phenomenal. She has continued provide outstanding care to myself & my cocker spaniel Daisy. Dr Thi is confident, reassuring, knowledgeable, & caring - I never feel rushed out of an appointment, & you can tell she’s passionate about caring for animals. She has gone above & beyond to make sure we are well looked after. Daisy adores her! We are so grateful.
Thankyou Celeste, we think Dr Thi is pretty awesome too :)
Fantastic experience: My cat boarded here. He came home fed and well
Thankyou Lynley
Fantastic experience: Great friendly and caring people. Helped a lot, a hell of a lot, in a stressful time that wasn't anticipated.
Thanks for your kind review!
Negative experience: We do not recommend this boarding facility for dogs who suffer with anxiety. These kennels were recommended by a vet as having experience dealing with anxious dogs. Within two hours of drop off we were called and asked to come and collect our dog. We were unable to travel back so the vet said they would “give home something in his food” to calm him. I cut the trip short to collect him. At 11am I found a heavily medicated dog( didn’t recognise me) in a dirty cage( at least 3 poos). These kennels were not in anyway suitable for our anxious dog. Staff were kind and quick to react but clearly could not offer the experience that was required. They resorted to sedation and isolation. Very poor treatment of our loved family pet. We will not be using them again.
Dear Gail,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry for your negative experience have had with us. We take concerns like yours very seriously, especially when it comes to caring for pets with anxiety, and we are sorry to learn that we could not meet your expectations in this instance.
As a team we strive to minimise a boarder’s anxiety as best as we can but in an unfamiliar environment for a pet that already is on medication for anxiety issue, it can exacerbate the situation further.
There are varying degrees of anxiety, and your dog’s anxiety had led to fear-based aggression. Unfortunately, it escalated to the point it was unsafe for our staff to handle your dog.
As soon as we assessed the situation and realized your dog was not suited for boarding with us, even with his regular anxiety medication, we promptly contacted you to discuss this further. We understood arranging alternative care was not possible at that time, so we proceeded with your consent to use additional calming medication. Despite using a lower dose of calmatives, your dog continued to struggle in the boarding environment, so we adjusted his medication to a higher dose. Even with this increase, your dog still displayed fearful signs.
We truly regret the extra stress this caused both you and your dog, and we apologize that your experience was far from ideal.
If you'd like to discuss this further or provide more details, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Fantastic experience: The staff were very accomodating for my reactive dog, they allowed us to go straight into a room and made sure there were no other dogs in the waiting room when we left. The vet i had was lovely and she talked me through everything they were doing, and also handled my dog well. Could not recommend this vet enough! and also love the seperate waiting rooms for cats/dogs ❤️
Thankyou Tobie, hope your pup is doing well :)
Fantastic experience: Could not recommend highly enough. The vets and staff are amazing. So caring and patient with timid pets. Facilities are top class and the opening hours show there concern for our pets . Thank you all
Thanks for your feedback Dellas :)

Fantastic experience: I have never felt so looked after and helped at any other vet I have been to. The fact that Dr Thi, Sam P and the rest of the Morley Vet staff genuinely care about Coco's well-being and will stop at nothing to make sure she is happy is something that I truly cherish and appreciate, giving me confidence that this is the right vet for little Coco. Thank you so much for all your help Morley Vet Centre, I truly appreciate all the hard work you have done from the multiple visits I have had there.
Thanks for your kind review
Fantastic experience: My partner rang & explained our situation. They told us to come down straight away on Xmas eve. The staff were so fantastic & amazing. They check our GSD straight away & we didn’t have to wait. The made us both feel so comfortable & same as our dog. I highly recommend coming here & we have found our new vet! Thank you so much giving us piece of mind before Xmas!!
Hi Shannon, we are so happy you had a positive experience during such a stressful time! thankyou for your feedback
Positive experience: Always take my doggo here. Vets are excellent.
Thanks for your feedback
Fantastic experience: Fantastic service. I have had to urgently get my dog seen twice, and both times they have made time to see us when others turned us away. The service both times was fantastic. Wonderful people and a wonderful practice.
Thanks Briony, we are so happy we could help :)
Fantastic experience: If I could put ten stars I would!! We had to put my Dad's dog (Raven) into boarding as he had an unexpected stay in hospital. The lovely lady who answered the phone when I rang in a bit of a panic was so kind, caring and informative. When we dropped Raven off the staff were really friendly and helpful. We also asked if she could be vaccinated while she was there as she was due the following week and they were happy to do that. We picked her up today and she has come home happy and healthy. A big thank you to all the staff at Morley Vetcentre - you are all wonderful. We would highly recommend and will certainly use you again should the need arise.
So kind of you Jan - thanks for taking the time to write us a review :)
Fantastic experience: I had to bring my guinea pig in on a Sunday, it was an emergency. Although my guinea pig couldn't be saved because of his old age and the severity of his ailment, and had to be euthanised, both the Vet and the receptionist were nothing short of lovely, efficient and sympathetic. Many thanks
:( so sorry you lost your little mate - take care
Fantastic experience: All the staff are friendly and efficient as well as caring. I was given a number of options and a quote for the care my dog needed. Excellent, wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else
Thanks Stephen, we try and give people treatment options to fit with their situation. We appreciate the review
Fantastic experience: Excellent Veterinary Clinic with high standards and exemplary care and compassion to all pets and understanding staff members.
Thanks Susan, we appreciate your review <3
Fantastic experience: The staff here are amazing and apathetic. Our little ginger boy cat passed away yesterday and they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
thankyou for your lovely feedback - We are so very sorry for your loss
Fantastic experience: Can’t fault them. They have been amazing with all our pets but especially with our Lilly who sadly passed away recently. They were so empathetic and they even sent a handwritten card to our family after she passed.
Thankyou Stacey for taking the time to write us a review in your time of grief. Take care xx
Fantastic experience: Morley Vet has been brilliant to us with our dog and also our little bird that had to recently go to Bird Heaven They were so professional and so sensitive and respectful to us and our little bird that we had since a very young age. Doctor Chase was amazing showing so much empathy and handled everything with so much respect We would highly recommend Morley Vet. All the staff are so accommodating and understanding and very friendly
Thankyou Paul. Each little pet is precious and we are humbled that we could assist with your little feathered friend. Sorry for your loss xx
Fantastic experience: Outstanding customer service outstanding care for my cat the vet that treated my cat was so caring so knowledgeable told me from the start what my cat needed done gave me updates on the costs which were very reasonable considering my cat had to have X-rays and a surgical procedure done which the team done a outstanding job on my cats leg I just wanted to say thank you to Morley vet clinic and the vet that treated my cat and the caring staff
Thankyou Barry for taking the time to write such lovely feedback. We hope your Kitty is on the road to recovery.
Fantastic experience: The staff at Morley Vet centre were so gentle, caring and helpful over the phone. Such excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them!
Thankyou Taryn :)
Negative experience: Chase Chew extremely arrogant and cold vet. Overcharges for his consultation’s and doesn’t fix the problem.
Hi Frank, We are keen to discuss your feedback in person. Please give me a call at the clinic and we can arrange a time that suits you. Thankyou. Tracey #sophieslegacy
Negative experience: My cat developed a severe limp in his back leg. The vet claimed my cat had dislocated his hip. He manipulated the hip, gave the cat a painkiller, but did not check my pet's temperature or examine the leg any further. Two days later we discovered my cat with blood all over leg. I took my pet to his regular vet who discovered the cat had an enormous abscess on his leg and the whole leg was infected. The vet shaved the cat's leg to reveal a set of significant teeth marks on his leg. My question is how was this missed by the vet at Morley Vet centre. If they had bothered to check the temperature of my cat, they would have seen the cat had a fever so may have checked for an infection. Apart from the unnecessary pain my pet tolerated for two days, I was charged a significant amount of money for an incorrect disagnosis. I now have no confidence in the thoroughness of the examinations at this clinic.
Hi Beverley, Thankyou for bringing this to my attention. I apologise for the experience you had and hope your Cat is now recovered. We are keen to discuss your concerns - please contact the clinic at your convenience. Thankyou - Tracey - Head Vet Nurse
Fantastic experience: Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and caring. We are always happy with the level of care provided. There are also a range of specialists covering all kinds of treatment options. The group dog training sessions are also so fun!
Thankyou Halina for the lovely feedback
Fantastic experience: Fantastic vet, very highly recommended!
Thankyou Zeb
Fantastic experience: Can not recommend highly enough, excellent vets who saved my dogs life after a terrible accident. Kept us informed along the way as to what was happening, and did their absolute best on my boy. Could not be more grateful. Thank you to the team of nurses who were also kind, patient and accommodating. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Thankyou Adi. I hope all is well with your little pup
Negative experience: $97 for less than five minutes examination every other vet clinic charges between 60 and $65, but you think you should charge $97 I don’t Think I’ll be coming back to you again I definitely did not get $97 worth! A human cost less what’s a joke I’ve heard of taking people for a ride, but she literally just robbed us blind! You won’t hear the end of this one
Hi Andrew, Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. Vet care can indeed be expensive. Unfortunately, we do not have Medicare for pets, which absorbs many costs for human medical care. We will take your comments into consideration. Tracey. Head Vet Nurse
Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff to look after the cats to board for 2 weeks. I checked the cats on the phone they were doing well and they were happy.
Hi there, thankyou for your feedback, so glad your kitties were happy boarding with us
Fantastic experience: Wow how nice are these people. My second time here. So nice
:) Thankyou Lawrence
Fantastic experience: Absolutely beautiful staff I could not have asked for a better vet for my beautiful pets
Negative experience: Customers for years. Always quite gentle and understanding. Some lovely staff there. However congenital heart defect was not picked up. So many useless and expensive blood tests that were always "inconclusive". All this to watch my dog suffer agony in her final moments. She deseved better.
Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, great dog trainers, vet behaviour therapists and nice dog kennels.
Thanks Cassandra :)
Fantastic experience: A young wagtail was injured by flying swooping into my car when learning to fly ..I thought the leg was fractured .the vet nurse examined little bird ...advised and we could set it free after it recovered . Free advice and very kind
Thanks Jen, we see lots of wildlife and like to help where we can
Fantastic experience: Love Dr Mac and his team. Genuine, sincere, affordable and doesn't try to sell treatments by using scare tactics your furry kids don't need.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic people at this vet center. Caring affordable and super chill. Keep it up guys, thanks for everything u do.
Thankyou Vanessa
Positive experience: My dog was initially treated for only dementia and not pain although she was limping badly. My husband thought the tablets receiver were for pain relief. Had to return for a second time to have this addressed.
Fantastic experience: Unfortunately we to put some of our poultry down due to a fox attack. Dr Chase and the staff there were both lovely the two times we visited over the weekend period, and were very compassionate and caring with us.
Negative experience: Close to $400 for a consult and a blood test for my cat. Rip off. I still don't know what is wrong with my cat. Unbelievable.
Positive experience: Been going here since 2013. Vets are great ! However I find the outside of the building has deteriorated increadabily, from the outside it actually looks like a closed down business. People spend decent $$ here on their animals, surely repaint, resign, re tile... renovate a little!
Fantastic experience: I have been taking several generations of furr family to Morley vetcentre for over 20 years, well run practice, consistent a d I won't go anywhere else.
Fantastic experience: I have been with the Morley Vet Centre for many years. All my cats have always received the best care and attention. The staff are so understanding, (I had to get my beautiful boy put to sleep a month or so ago) and they were very caring and gentle with me. I now have two fantastic furry girls (Lindy and Lucy) and will be taking them to Morley Vet Centre for their vaccinations and boarding when I need to go to hospital. I highly recommend Morley Vet Centre.
Fantastic experience: The Vets are so lovely and accommodating to our extremely anxious pup! Highly recommend
Fantastic experience: We take our cat Bean here, alot, because he has lots of health issues They are always so lovely and accommodating for us in an emergency ♡
Fantastic experience: I put Emma in for boarding whilst I was away 4 days and they sterilised her whilst she was there Lovely Drs and staff, I left Emma knowing she was in great hands
Fantastic experience: I love that they have separate entrance door for cats and dogs. Staff are always friendly knowledgeable and will give you a quote so you know what to expect
Fantastic experience: Dr Thi + our greyhound = ♡♡♡♡ We have always had excellent care here for our various pets for almost 30 years, it's so handy having vet/pathology/medication/surgery/xray/food all in one place, but Dr Thi's care for our ageing greyhound has been remarkable. Thank you!
Fantastic experience: I take all of my pets to this vet and they have always been very compassionate. Last year I ran into the waiting room with my rabbit in a box and they looked at her straight away and even wrapped her in a blanket for me free of charge when they realised she was already gone. Yesterday we had an appointment to euthanise my beloved childhood dog. His legs stopped working 2 hours before the appointment, so we called to see if we could reschedule and move the appointment to our house. They were at my front door 45 minutes earlier than the original time with lots of treats in hand. They talked us through all of our cremation options and let us know what they were doing as they did each step which made us feel at ease. I am so grateful for your team supporting my family and walking us through such a sad event.
Fantastic experience: After a Saturday morning emergency I found myself ringing around the local vets for someone to urgently see my dog. After a couple of rejections, I called morley vet centre who instantly said come on in and we will sort her out. With an incredibly reactive dog, I am always very nervous with changing things on her. They handled her amazingly!! From the nurses who helped us get her quickly through the waiting room to the vet who was so incredibly patient and caring with us and or girl. I could not be more grateful for Morley vet centre and we will definitely be becoming regulars!!
Fantastic experience: Very warm and compassionate. You can see the genuine care for the animals.
Positive experience: Convenient, staff seem professional. Maybe not as caring as Unusual Pet Vets but they are just too expensive now.
Fantastic experience: Out standing service real people who actually care for your pets wellbeing and and accommodating to all pet personalities
Fantastic experience: Awesome vet! Been bringing all our dogs here since the 90’s
Fantastic experience: Very impressed. This time round, we were very happy with the way my cats difficult unusual situation, illness was handled by each of the team. Dr Joseph was very passionate about his work and very knowledgeable. Next day Dr Chase was also very helpful and used all his resources to achieve a result for our cat. Brodie at the reception was very friendly too. Would definitely recommend this vet. Longer opening hours is great for us.
Negative experience: I couldn't go to my usual vet as they were booked out. So went morley vet Very expensive considering was a chicken that needed antibiotics for $250 Was shocked. Vet was inexperienced aswell so took a while. Won't be going back.
Fantastic experience: Not sure what they did to my cat but she’s a lion now
Fantastic experience: My mum has sent me this message for Dr McDonald .. Thank you for helping Fergus and the lovely way you helped me say goodbye to my wee dog who was very sick in the end . Your staff and yourself looked after us both and the card you sent was beautiful & thoughtful and made my day .. Thank you so much Dr McDonald Yvonne Jones
Fantastic experience: My experience over 30 years has been one of understanding, compassion and love. Great doctors and nurses.
Fantastic experience: Have taken all our dogs here. Fantastic grooming team.
Fantastic experience: I had my cat Zimba euthanised at Morley vet yesterday and the vet Dr Thi Nguyen was very professional and so gentle and kind and understanding as were the staff I would recommend this particular vet to anyone she is awesome
Fantastic experience: In 2015 we adopted a cat from here. His name was Clancy and he lived up to his nickname of Smooch Master. We adored him. Recently he became very unwell, possibly cancer, and with heavy hearts it was decided that it was best for him to be euthanised The Vet Dr Chase, nurses and staff have been so kind during this extremely sad time and even sent a personalised hand written card afterward. Thank you it truly means a lot to us. I also highly recommend Lawnswood for their service and care in cremating and returning Clancy to us. RIP Clancy, we couldn’t have wished for a better cat
Fantastic experience: Excellent staff here . we have friends who drive all the way from Mandurah to Morley because they won't go anywhere else
Fantastic experience: All the staff are amazing and very caring. Heaps of aftercare and great support, especially when having to decide to put our furbaby down. My whole family have been coming here for 40yrs with over 10 pets being cared for over the years, cats and dogs
Negative experience: Terrible and costly experience. Had tests done else where as I did not trust the vet and it was different result. The vet then only told me after questioning her that there was mix up with lab test and then they refunded me test money. Gave my dog unnecessary treatment and almost 6week made him even more ill. Receptionist has terrible attitude that makes this all so much worse.
Negative experience: First time I dropped my dog off to the day care I was treated with respect, a lady that came past 7 mins late was able to pick up her dog with no extra fee. I live 9 mins down the road and I’ve called them up to explain that ill be 5 to 10 mins late as I just had new born and was in the middle of changing her nappy yet the lady asked me to pay $70 due to being 10 mins late meanwhile we pay $42 for the whole day (doesn’t make sense). Mind you they didn’t take my dog for a walk nor feed her while they promised they will. Please insure you take your pet to a proper day care as this Vet is DAY CARELESS.
Fantastic experience: Always a good experience here, everyone is very welcoming and my 14 month old great Dane still loves going to the vet.
Negative experience: So we took our dog last Sunday as our dog was very unwell they did bloods and xrays and told us it was a bad stomach bug which was completely wrong!! as we took our dog to another vet 3 days later for a second opinion so they did xrays and bloods too and it was stage 4 lymphoma and our beautiful girl has now passed away less than one week later I have no idea how they got it so wrong so i wouldn't recommend this vet at all
Fantastic experience: Awesome friendly staff very helpful and So gentle with my little buddy
Fantastic experience: Absolutely Awesome Vet Centre. They saved our Gorgeous Dogs Life, in April this year. We were silently convinced, we would be saying Goodbye! But, She's still with us today! Thank You to their Professional, Caring Staff!!! Very Grateful! Lee
Fantastic experience: Great vet. My dog cried when he left the room and he didnt want to leave. And he is alpt better now. Treatment and cost was good.
Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, great service. They really care about your pets and will put in the time and effort to make sure it's a positive experience for them. Would recommend them to anyone in the Bayswater/Morley area.
Fantastic experience: Amazing with my dog. Took real care and love
Negative experience: Our18 year old dog was very unwell (not eating, panting heavily, vomiting bile, lethargic, drinking copious amounts of water) so we took her to the vet , hoping to see a doctor, as we believed it was her time to be euthanized. When I asked the young girl behind the reception counter if it would be possible for a vet to examine our dog (after advising her of the issues she was going through), she said it wasn't an emergency. She said they were fully booked as they were short staffed due to Covid and they were closing the practice in 20 minutes (I thought they worked later hours in the evenings). Her manner was awful. She was cold and uncaring. She suggested we take our little dog to an emergency vet in Wanneroo. I advised her our little dog got very anxious in cars, and I didn't want to put her through any more stress. We were so sad and stressed thinking our little dog was going to be euthanized but this young woman didn't care. She said if we insisted in seeing a vet, we would be charged the after hour rate. I understand it was closing time for the practice (which I DIDN'T know at the time) but all I wanted was some help. When we walked in to the vet, we were both very unhappy and anxious at the thought of losing our little dog but this young woman still treated us so badly even though it was clear we were heartbroken. She made us feel extremely uncomfortable. I understand there were no available appointments but she didn't have to be so rude. When she examined our little dog in reception, she had a lot to say about her stinky breath, the growths on her neck ("these have been here for ages" - well, they weren't worrying her for ages, only the last couple of days!). Awful service from a person who has no idea how to treat anxious people who are stressed and heartbroken at the thought of losing their little dog. Tracey, the nurse who has always taken care of my other dogs, has always treated us with care and compassion, someone this young woman should learn from. We were very upset at how we were handled, even though we understood we had not made an appointment and walked in late. However, the situation could have been handled a lot better with a little compassion and care.
Fantastic experience: My dog is always in safe hands with them. The vets are very nice. When I had an emergency, they were kind and accommodated for me.
Fantastic experience: Very helpful and honest staff. Prices are reasonable and appointment times are flexible
