Fantastic experience: This was our first time and a Vet and it was a very good experience. The staff there are so nice. The Vet was great with the kids and the dog. It was a quick consult and wasn't expensive. I wouldn't hestitate to recommend this Vet to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Been there for the last 12 years they have always been genuine, professional and caring. I had to take my parents dog there to give him the forever sleep. I was blown away by how kind and caring they were. My parents and I have had bad experiences with with other vets, but this clinic is consistently great.

I have read some bad reviews and it looks like its from the same family, its nothing but absolute rubbish and they should be ashamed of what they have written. The stress staff take on by some clients is disgusting and they need to be ashamed of their comments. Keep doing the amazing job you have done for so many years looking after mine and a lot of other peoples animals in Darwin.

Negative experience: I have for the last 25 years gone to this vet clinic was extremely disappointed today two weeks ago I purchased some advantix off them for $87 they ordered more for me as I have two dog's and had the gaul to ramp up the price to $145.00 I did decline that I was informed by the receptionist that it was discounted two weeks prior and this is the correct price. Still not convinced that they were not ripping me off I went home ordered it online the cost is $58 delivered. I recommend to anyone who needs products for there animals do not trust this vet

Fantastic experience: My dog hudson went here to cut his testicles off and it went really well he now has no testicles and can not produce any more seamen its awesome for me and my family. Note: i still have my testicles and i dont really want to get them off

Fantastic experience: The whole team were so lovely during our dog's emergency surgery and aftercare, as well as being supportive and caring when we unfortunately discovered she had a quick acting terminal illness. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic experience: We were travelling through Darwin and our frenchie Molly had an issue with her eye. We called Darwin my Vet and they fit us in the same day. It turned out Molly needed surgery and Dr Tash and the team did such an amazing job of looking after her before and after her surgery. Dr Tash in particular was so invested in her recovery and really took her time to explain all the options to us. I'm so happy we stumbled upon them, Molly has recovered well and is back to the happy little dog we're used to!

Fantastic experience: They had never met us and our beautiful fur baby but they were compassionate, caring and respectful of our wishes when we had asked for our girl to be euthanased due to advaced cancer. A few days later they sent us a beautiful had written card sending condolences. Absolutely recommend them.

Positive experience: I have mixed feeling about this establishment. The vet we engaged with was brilliant and very supportive when the time came to put our boy down. However with recent events, we had a vet emergency and was told over the phone that they couldn't see our dog for a couple days as there was no appointment times. We asked if they could recommend someone as it was an emergency, we were told no and goodbye. We were absolutely guttered with the lack of care/respect and the rude response from the counter staff. This could of been a one off experience with a new staff member however we have now moved vets and are extremely. Would I recommend, honestly 50/50. I would suggest do your research and find a vet service that has a more permanent veterinarian. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Friendly and sympathetic staff. We brought in a little native Peaceful Dove which had flown into our back window and was not in good shape. They took him in and looked after him to ensure he could either be restored to health or be gently let down if needed. This was all for free as all native fauna you can take into the local vets as per my research with Wildcare Darwin. The Vet then contacted us the next day to give us an update on our little bird and advised that he was doing well and they'd look after him til they could release back into the wild. Super happy about that.

Fantastic experience: On Thursday 1 July 2021 my two year old Pomeranian X Chihuahua, Jedediah 'Jed' Cabernet ran out on the road and was hit by a passing vehicle. I took him to the closest vet that was Darwin My Vet Service and although not my usual vet they agreed to see us immediately. They were professional, empathetic, knowledgeable, informative and provided effective treatment; and their prices were very reasonable. I felt they really cared for both us. Two and a half weeks later, my little boy has made a full recovery. I'm so impressed with the vets and support staff that I've decided to transfer both my dogs' records from my previous vet service and make you my vet service. Thank you Darwin My Vet Service.

Fantastic experience: Vets have always been very kind and helpful, other staff have always been considerate in getting us an appointment swiftly and when convenient. We have been to a few vets within Darwin/Palmerston and so far cannot fault Darwin My Vet Service.

Fantastic experience: I took my 1 year old Cattle dog in for a check up and vaccination today having moved to Darwin from interstate.. Banjo was very well looked after by Dr Jarad. He was thorough, professional, informative and he gave me some really helpful advice on Banjos all around health as well as tips for his development. I was very happy with the service I was given today and the lady at reception was really lovely aswell.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing and compassionate staff. Our emergency happened on Christmas Day, Dr. J, rushed to meet us and handled out case professionally with respect and caring. We can not stress how wonderful he was and how grateful we are for the services at this vet.

Fantastic experience: The reception staff are very polite and friendly. The vet himself was extremely caring and informative. It was $65 for a general consultation for our kitty. The vet also was understanding of our financial situation and was not pushy, he offered alternative at home methods and approaches.

Fantastic experience: I can not speak highly enough of the Team. Having just arrived in Darwin, we where slowly working out which vet to go to. However Molly had other Ideas last night and become unwell. From the call this morning to getting the results back this afternoon Dr Fritz and the team were so kind and thoughtful. Thankfully nothing to serious but I Know we have have found our vet whilst in Darwin. Truly a caring Vet clinic who are very personable and professional. Thank you all.

Negative experience: TERRIBLE . DUE TO THEIR SOCIAL DISTANCING PRACTICES THEY MISDIAGNOSED MY DOG LEAVING HIM WITH A FOREIGN BODY IN HIS EYE FOR 4 DAYS! The problem with social distancing is that I was unable to comfort my dog and attend the appointment with him, he was afraid and not willing to cooperate which meant the vets could not properly view his eye. They diagnosed him with a scratched cornea when he had a foreign body in his eye! They Charged me $170for the consult and meds. I was confident he had a foreign body in his eye so That same night I sent an email with clear photos of the foreign body in his eye to the email advertised on the website to which they claimed they didn’t receive. When I tried to book him back in to get it sorted. They were fully booked and referred me to their other clinic univets in Palmerston who also had social distancing rules which resulted in him being misdiagnosed again as a scratched cornea /maybe a corneal sequestrum They charged me another $170 for the consult and meds. I had also sent them photos of the foreign body in his eye hours before the consult as I suspected they would have trouble viewing it if I was not allowed to attend the appointment with him. They then offered to sedate him and have a PROPER look the next day for a further $470. Which would have totaled $810. I was feeling disappointed as I didn’t receive a confident diagnosis from either clinic and also felt I was being ripped off. so I got second opinion from another vet service who confirmed it was a foreign body in his eye and is Currently removing the foreign body right now, I was charged less than $170 for the consult and procedure!! He was also able to diagnose my dog properly because I was allowed to enter the practice and keep him calm. There is 1 Vet I would like to excuse from my complaint her name is Natasha Hanrahan she is a vet at my vet wulagi and she is absolutely amazing and has been great with my boys. If you have to go there I would recommend her 100%
