Our lives have been changed for the better since having consultations in our home instead of in the stressful clinic environment. The Vets, nurses and receptionist are all so professional whilst also just being exceptionally lovely! A visit from the Vet2Pet van is like having a visit from friends instead of an anxiety-induced ordeal. If you haven’t tried them, I highly, HIGHLY recommend! So do Bowser Bubbles

Fantastic experience: I've had to go back to Vet 2 Pet several times now for ear infections in my new rescue. All staff are very friendly, committed, extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care. You are treated as a valued individual client and not a number. They explain in detail exactly what the problem is, possible causes and treatments available. Exceptional communication. Pricing is very reasonable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Best vet practice in the area hands down, never had a bad experience here in the years I've been going with multiple animals and running the gauntlet from checkups, to behavioral issues, to teeth cleaning/extraction, to an emergency procedure. I see Dr Bridget McCusker most often (though everyone I've seen has been good), the star rating could never be high enough to be honest, best vet I've ever had an appt with. Could not be happier any time I've been in, she's extremely professional and compassionate, and I always leave feeling reassured that my pet was in the best possible hands. Can not say it enough times, best vet in the area.

Positive experience: Great prices and quality work and care. My only fault is the staff isn't overly happy or friendly. Every other vet ive been to over the years is usually very happy and excited to see your pets, however here they didn't really care for my pup or even say hi to her I didn't feel very welcome myself too Strange expectation to some perhaps however this changes the experience a lot

Fantastic experience: Came with a puppy in an emergency situation that has ate some ratsack. They flushed out his stomach and did a blood test after 3 days to make sure he is healthy. Nurses and stuff are very confident and knowledgeable about animals. Great VET clinic, highly recommended! Many thanks for keeping my dog alive!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience with Vet 2 Pet and I can't recommend them highly enough. Olivia organised a home visit the very next day when I called saying my dog needed certain blood tests before her open heart surgery in Sydney in 5 days time. We were about to travel there, when her surgery was moved forward 3 days so it was critical these blood tests had to be done before we left. I don't drive and was very pressed for time, but Bridget and Lauren went out of their way the very next day to travel to me. They were very professional and handled the unusual blood tests perfectly, even sending one sample off to NSW as Victoria couldn't process it. Due to their amazing efforts, the results will be ready in time for my dog's surgery and the vet team in Sydney not just myself are very appreciative of all the Vet 2 Pet staff's assistance. Bridget and Lauren were also lovely to deal with, very compassionate and treated my dog like gold, so despite my last minute panic I'm grateful for this experience as I now have a mobile vet I know I can trust all my dogs' care in when required.

We have a nervous elderly pooch now, and a series of family appointment juggling going on, that having the ability to have a quality Vet service come to us has been an absolute blessing. They have had all the medications etc. required there and then. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Our boy Tommy was a 16yr old king Charles cavalier. The love of all our lives. He was struggling our poor boy. It was time. Two angels came to our home. We laid a blanket under the jacaranda tree. The petals were on the lawn and the sun was shining through the branches. As we held our boy one of our angels laid down next to us and helped Tommy be at peace. Thank you for making this experience so much easier. I will never forget how much you guys went above and beyond to make Tommy's last breath beautiful. I will be forever grateful xxx

Negative experience: Terrible Vet, has no idea what she is doing. She claimed that a DNA verified Natural Born Bobtail pup was docked by us, when even the RSPCA says it was not. You do not want this Vet looking after your beloved pet, go anywhere else except Vet2Pet.

Fantastic experience: Love the team at Vet 2 Pet Lara. I've been seeing them for around 10 years now and they've always been amazing. Initially for my cat that gets too anxious and cranky in the car, so it was so much less stress on us both to get Vet 2 Pet to come to us. And now I take my Staffy out to see them. The team are always fantastic with both pets and explain everything clearly involving care & costs. They even pop through my Pet Insurance claim for Me on the day. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Fantastic experience: The most sincere, compassionate, and professional vets you will ever find!

Fantastic experience: Laura, Brigette, and the entire crew at Vet2Pet looked after my dear old Labrador Toby with great care. In fact, they saved his life. He was diabetic, required insulin injections twice a day, it was quite a battle to keep him alive at times. Toby also suffered epilepsy, required diabetic cataract surgery and needed his cruciate ligament operated on. When Toby contracted lymphoma at just 9yo, Laura came to my home to end his suffering when his quality of life had gone. I have nothing but the upmost respect and adoration for the crew at Vet2Pet. You also saved my cat's life by putting in a feeding tube when he got pancreatitis and looking after him so well in your hospital while I had to work. He's now back to 100% health because of Vet2Pet's care. Thank you for everything you did for Toby, and for the care you now show my 16 week old Chocolate Labrador puppy, Charlie. Something others may not realise is most times we attend your clinic you're caring for a stray animal, koala, kangaroo, etc. You look after and treat stray animals others leave for dead because you all love animals. 5/5 from me for sure. Matt & I absolutely love you guys and all you've done for our animals and continue to do now :)

Fantastic experience: Absolutely recommend. This week both Bridget and Lauren visited to assist our sweetheart little gentleman cat over the Rainbow Bridge. They were both caring and compassionate and the whole process made the pain of saying Goodbye so much more bearable. We will miss our little man but the parting was made easier because of their care - and that of the reception team - and their respect of him and us. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Took my dog with extreme allergy issues that were driving him to distraction, to a local vet, and after getting fobbed off and simply told to make sure he had his monthly flea and tick treatment, without even an inspection of the poor dog! I took him to Vet2Pet and bingo, after an evaluation and check over the antihistamine injection was recommended and, literally within a couple of hours the poor boy was sleeping soundly and not biting and chewing and scratching himself!! Very impressed, friendly and efficient and capable! I will be back with the rest of my crew when they need attention! You have a grateful fan!!

From having our loved dog put to rest to having snakes and axolotls checked over the knowledge between the staff is second to none.The pet to vet will come to your pet if you can't call into the practice. Vet Lucy was wonderful as was support staff. Cheers also to Darcy who booked me in very quickly although booked out when I phoned. The clinic rang each day following to check on her progress which was indeed impressive. Big shout out for all and would recommend their services to all.

Fantastic experience: I decided to change vet clinics after the vet clinic we were going to, decided to introduce outrageous rules related to covid-19 (ie making the owners stay outside the clinic while they took their pets in, which was scary for some pets). Vets treat animals, not humans! I decided to give Vet 2 Pet a try and the staff are very friendly and professional and they are gentle with the animals they treat. The lady who saw my cat was very gentle and patient with her, as she (my cat) was scared. The staff also treated the pets' owners with dignity and respect and even though some covid rules are in place, they are not outrageous.

Negative experience: They are soo shocking , worst vet , thay always forget to organise little Mia,s app, and always mess us around even before covid , Rachel and the receptionist neva know what there doing , then they blame the computers, iv been goin there for 10 years with Mia, her Dad nickie everytime I take Mia there to get her tablets they can't even find our file then say mias tablets are waighting and then they get there to pick them up and they neca give them to me , and wee litterly waight 45 min, to say that they can't give Mia her tablets, because of some excuse , yous are utterly a joke im changeing vet tday , your reception is horrable

Staff are very professional and friendly. Whether you have a pet Wombat, marsupial marsh dwelling creature or just a plain old dog; they cater for all sorts of creatures at this facility, your pet will be in great hands.
