Fantastic experience: We have a cat that became acutely distressed and unwilling initially to eat then also to drink. There was no obvious issue causing this. All of the staff from reception to Corin the vet were unbelievably kind during my phone calls and the actual appointment. I have trusted this clinic in the past and this time they were able to provide the medication he needed and advice on care and future treatment. A big thanks to all concerned.

Fantastic experience: I was really happy with how my little doggy was looked after. The ER room out the back was impressive, and the staff were kind. My only issue was that I didn't fully grasp the finance part to begin with. I highly recommend this emergency care vet

Fantastic experience: The moment we walked into the Underwood Emergency with our Fur baby we were greeted by the friendly Vet nurses and triaged immediately. We were then taken into the back where a Dr and his lovely nurse were waiting. We were immediately put at ease as they handled our fur baby Lexie with care and concern. We waited in the reception room whilst our baby was examined. Throughout our time waiting we were kept up to date as to what was happening to our baby. It was very reassuring. The Doctors were patient and explained in detail and answered our concerns. We cannot thank everyone enough for the care you gave our doggie. I will definitely be spreading the word about the wonderful service we received. Thankyou from all our Family.

The clinic was very busy with many different emergencies and worried fur parents. They triaged all cases, the team was fast, professional and so calming. Gold standard in emergency care.

Fantastic experience: My dog got a toad while she was staying with friends of mine. They took her to AES at Underwood. She was quickly rushed out the back for treatment. Luckily she made a full recovery. All the staff at AES were so lovely during a very stressful situation. Reception kept us updated. Paul, the vet, spoke to us a few times about her treatment. He called me before he went off shift for his final update. AES were amazing all the way through. As a Gap Only vet, payment was super easy. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: The team was awesome with treatment and thoroughly explaining what was wrong with my dog , they were very well prepared and knew exactly what to do . You can tell all the staff have a soft spot for animals and were very patient . The only thing was the wait time to be seen was an hour and a half , but understandable as there were other animals higher priority that needed care . Overall great experience!!

Fantastic experience: Can’t speak highly enough of this service. I’ve used them many times in the past and just recently with my very sick pug . Every time I have had a pet emergency or serious concern they have been wonderful. Yes you may have a long wait but as they say , they treat in order of the seriousness of the illness. When needed they have taken my pets straight thru for triage as they did with Toby. Yes it’s not cheap and all veterinary costs are expensive these days. I can’t emphasis the value of pet insurance enough . If you can afford it it’s 100% worth it. The whole team are wonderful , caring and kind people . They are highly skilled professionals who truly care about animal welfare . They saved my pugs life . So grateful to everyone . They are fantastic .

Fantastic experience: My cat recently suddenly became very ill on a weekend when vet opening hours are limited. After an emergency check up, I was referred to Animal Emergency Service Underwood by my vet for further care and we were received immediately. The team here was so kind and helpful, everyone from the reception to the back room was very accommodating. Everything was clearly explained, his condition, the procedures and everyone was very supportive. I wasn't sure what to expect initially, but the process was much like a human hospital. There was a dedicated cat waiting area too. My cat had to stay in care a while but they kept in touch with updates and he was able to come back home happy and healthy. They taught me how to care for him upon returning home and even contacted me with follow up advice to make sure everything went okay. I really appreciate every bit of help they provided and the level of care my cat was able to receive. He is back in great condition but it gives me peace of mind to know they are available 24/7 for emergency care. Thank you very much to everyone at AES Underwood.

Fantastic experience: During a hard time they were very supportive. When we arrived they tried their best to save our boy and kept keeping us updated during and until the very end. All staff were very understanding and gave us all the time in the world to say our final goodbye- we came in at 6pm, left around 4am. They gave us information packs on how to navigate afterwards from emotional support to pet funeral services etc. Thank you team and especially for the card sent to us- I loved it xx

Fantastic experience: I had to make the very heartbreaking decision to have my Lola cross over to the rainbow bridge last night and I couldn't have been anymore satisfied with the absolute professionalism and compassionate support I received from everyone there. From the front desk receptionist to the vet nurses and vet himself, they helped me and my Lola say our final goodbyes in what was a very emotional time. They spoke and treated me with the upmost respect and understood my situation and never once made me feel uncomfortable. They even gave me plenty of time to say goodbye and never once tried to rush me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and they should be greatly rewarded for what they do. Fantastic experience: Took my dog in straight away as he had sliced his paw open and told us a rough waiting time. Updated us during the wait time which was great. I’m so glad they are within our big community and open 24hrs. Would be lost if we didn’t have them. Would fully recommend. My boy needed surgery and ended up having it with our usual vet, though if it wasn’t for AES my boy would have been suffering over night.

Fantastic experience: Staff were extremely friendly and took care of my Cat wonderfully. The vet had shown me how to give my cat the medicine he needed and was able to answer all of my concerns and questions even checking in on how my cat was doing after a few days.

Fantastic experience: The team were so lovely and supportive that my dog actually tried to go back into the surgery after he’d been given the all clear! First rate care from everyone we spoke to - and being hand fed roast chicken and showered with attention (the dog - not me!) didn’t hurt either. Thank you so much, and highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I brought my puppy after cane toad poisoning, we were scared for him, but the clinic quickly took him in and checked up on and reassured us that he’s stable. Overall great service and great relief and didn’t charge anything. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this animal emergency! We went in with no call ahead. Filled out some details online and was seen as soon as a doctor was available. Dr. McGeown was so friendly to my baby pup that he quickly took a liking to him. My pup is a bit of growler around unfamiliar faces but when you talk to him and get down to his level before touching him he is a lovable boy. We were given cost of consultations prior to meeting the doctor then during the consultation given the cost of what my pup may have needed (meds, bloods, and ultrasound, etc) before deciding what I needed to do for him. Tank is back to his normal clown self playing chase with his cat cousin Oli like no tomorrow. Fast, Affordable, and Friendly!! Thanks team!

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak more highly of the vet team that looked after Winnie during our visit . Thankfully it was a quick Visit but the vet nurses at the desk were quick to assess us upon arrival and then after a short wait the vet then checked her over and gave us what we needed to be on our way again. The text message checking up on her the next day was very much appreciated and showed the care and thought that the team have to their patients .

Fantastic experience: I had to bring my precious girl in on a Saturday night, 5yr old ragamuffin, for unexplained vomiting- the AO advised it would be a 2 hr wait, there were 3+ emergency cases that came in after us, plus a few other stable patients, we sat in the cat only area & were seen right on the 2 hour mark. I am grateful they are open 24/7, my veterinarian Jay was caring, asked lots of questions and examined my darling girl. Explained what they were going to do, medication, cannulae, fluids, 12 hour over night stay, ultrasound, gave me a very accurate quote and took my little girl back. The nurses let me see her once she was backstage and I was able to say a tearful goodbye. They called me 4 hours later at midnight with a positive update, advised plans moving forward and organised for me to pick her up at 5 am. I was able to call at anytime for an update and picked my much better looking baby an hour early. She ate as soon as we got home and her sister and other mum was very relieved to see her back to her loving self. So grateful to have our baby back, thanks AES

Fantastic experience: Thank you!!! Bluey had to be rushed PROMPTLY from north Stradbroke island because he felt like eating a chorizo flavoured fish hook, from the time we arrived (mind you they were setup and ready to go!) until we had to pay (which was relatively cheap considering they had to quite literally go fishing for a hook) it was an hour and then we received a phone call 4 hours later and the procedure had been done! You saved a part of our family and we are forever grateful thank you! Also, thank you for checking in too it actually means a lot thank you thank you thank you!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service and expert advice. I brought my toy poodle with bloody stool in late at night and he got seen with such care and compassion. The vets were so helpful and didn’t rush through anything, options were provided and advice given around what may work best for my dog. Highly recommend and will go back if any other emergencies happen for my dog.

Fantastic experience: We have a very sick cat with FIP. After having a seizure we rushed him down to AES underwood. They were amazing. From the moment we got there, they rushed our cat straight in and started working on him. They were very empathetic, communicated really well with us about what to expect and about costs. The vet, Racheal took lots of notes, was empathetic and listened to everything we said about our cat’s history and our suggestions for medicine dosages. The cost was not as bad as what we were expecting and what we have seen charged at other 24hr vets. We have found the whole experience a huge comfort in the face of very difficult circumstances. Fantastic experience: I took my guinea pig in yesterday as he wasn’t feeding much and appeared to be in pain. From the moment we arrived, the receptionists were very friendly, compassionate, and helpful, which really helped during a stressful time. The vet was extremely thorough and took the time to explain what the problem was in a clear and reassuring way. She provided appropriate pain relief and gave clear advice on following up with our regular vet. I’m very grateful for the care and professionalism shown to both my pet and myself. I would definitely recommend Animal Emergency Services to anyone needing urgent care for their animals.

Fantastic experience: Even just talking to them on the phone was incredibly informative. I live out in the middle of nowhere in the outback so it's near impossible for me to make it to a vet but whenever I need advice these guys are amazing. definitely one of the great vets.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Eilidh Jones and the dedicated team at Underwood were so wonderfully supportive and professional when I was worried about my fur baby Teddy last Sunday night. They were warm, knowledgeable and compassionate while seeing us and definitely helped me stay calm in what was a frightening situation at the time. I am so grateful that Teddy made a full recovery after having too much fun in the sun that day, and for the support we received on a very busy day for the team. I whole heartedly recommend our attending vet, she was patient and kind which made the process much less stressful. 5 stars from us!

Fantastic experience: The staff were amazing, and really love our animals. They are very friendly and informative. They spent lots of time with us to explain the issues we faced with our dog, and what to expect. They did not push for any particular treatment but let us make the choices. Wait times will depend on their triage which respects the animals immediate welfare, and we were very grateful for that as well. We Interacted with at least 3 different vets during our doggy's stay along with a number of nursing staff. They were all great. We couldn't have asked for better care. Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Animal Emergency Service Underwood went above and beyond for us in the hardest moment of our lives. We had to say goodbye to our beautiful puppy Snickers at only 7 months old. She was our first ever dog and losing her absolutely broke us. From the moment we walked in, Ahlia, Shahahn, and the entire team treated us with nothing but compassion, patience, and genuine care. They didn’t just treat our dog — they supported us as people during an unbearable time. Weeks later, we received a surprise in the mail: Snickers’ paw prints. After everything that had already happened, and the costs involved with her cremation, we truly did not expect anything like that. That gesture brought us to tears. As a grown man, I was in complete disbelief at the kindness shown to us. What this team does matters more than they’ll ever know. We will never forget the comfort, dignity, and respect they gave Snickers and us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Fantastic experience: The receptionists and vets were so friendly, kind and understanding under such a stressful circumstance. They also listened to my financial concerns when I brought them up and gave me options so i could make the best treatment decision. My pup is much better now.

Fantastic experience: The team here were so great to my cat Misty, and they were calm and professional the whole time. From talking to my partner and I over the phone who were so upset, letting us in and removing the tick straight away, keeping us updated on her progress, going over the options available and really just taking care of fur baby, the whole time we felt supported and knew that no question we asked was a stupid question. When we picked her up the following day we were met with the staff who I could tell from their conversations, absolutely adored our girl as much as we did. The care and compassion that they showed really put my mind at ease. Would recommend any day.

Fantastic experience: Some of the loveliest vets who do an incredible job. I’ve had to take 2 of my animals here after normal vet hours and they’ve treated us so well. Vets in the back are so kind and treat their patients like their own babies, I appreciate the hard work it takes emotionally and physically. Costs are expected at 24 hour facilities and I think it’s very reasonable in comparison to other places.

Fantastic experience: They are very professional. My dog had the deadly parvovirus, and they made sure all other animals were safe and protected from it. They also stopped the virus from killing my 10-week-old puppy. They cut high costs to keep her there longer so she had more of a chance to survive. They were also very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and empathetic.

Fantastic experience: It’s late but worthy, The vets and vet nurses here are exceptional. After Armani had an ulcer rupture they were nothing but calming and supportive to deal with. They literally kept a family together by saving her and removing her eye in such horrific circumstances. Cannot thank them enough, after a life changing challenging decision we definitely made the right one. Armani’s bounce back was incredible as were the team who treated and cared for her. Thanks once again.

Fantastic experience: My dog was in terrible pain and wasn’t sure what was happening. The staff had him seen to quickly on a Sunday and were extremely caring and professional. Diagnosed with a slipped disc and sent home with medication he is now on the mend. Highly recommend taking your pet here especially when no other vets are open.

Fantastic experience: We rushed our dog to AES Underwood on Saturday arvo with some very concerning symptoms and the staff were absolutely amazing! Everyone from reception staff putting us straight into a room, to the vet nurses checking in, to his vet beautiful Vet Dr Chloe - all went above and beyond. Pabs received the kindest care and we had great treatment options and advice, ongoing support with follow up texts the next day from Eloise, it just shows that they truly care for our fur family members and we are so appreciative. I sincerely thank all the team members. ​It is never easy for someone to look after a sick family member on my behalf, especially working through the night. While some may consider it a given because it is their job and they are paid, caring for the sick is a tremendous mental and physical toll. I express my deepest gratitude for this dedication. Thank you for restoring happiness to our home. ​I also want to address the negative comments regarding the cost: please do not believe them. Even for an emergency hospital, I found the cost to be reasonable and justified. We should be grateful that we can receive such professional and rational service 24 hours a day, whenever we need it, even outside of normal business hours. ​Regarding the waiting order, it is just like a human emergency room. Of course, I understand every owner wants their child to be seen first, but prioritization, treatment, and surgery are assigned based on urgency. We all need to be considerate and understanding of one another in this environment. ​Thank you once again to all the staff members.

Fantastic experience: I rushed my dog into the animal hospital after she was attacked. The staff were incredible offering to find some clothes for me as mine were bloodied and opening up a free consult room so I could clean up. The vet sent me photo and video updates which really put my mind at ease. The staff really took excellent care of me and my little girl. Words cannot express how thankful I am.

Fantastic experience: I took my pet to Animal Emergency Service Underwood and I was really happy with their service. The staff were kind, calm, and very caring in a stressful situation. They explained everything clearly and treated my pet with a lot of love. The clinic is clean, professional, and open after hours, which helped me a lot.

Negative experience: DON'T CHOOSE THIS PLACE! They made me wait over & over while they checked-in new animals, then made me feel rushed when I finally urged them to take me back to visit the beloved pooch I brought in for help. They wouldn't let me see her until a 90% deposit was paid (of a bill that was constantly fluctuating) then I waited 40mins before I pushed to see her, "if you want" is the inconvenienced answer I got when I did so. - I'll forever wish I told the Vet standing by to give me space & a few moments to connect & comfort the sweet girl instead of the vet getting her hand in the way of our pats/kisses & telling me "she'll get lots of cuddles" as if to move me along quicker. She was practically tapping her toes while she hung on the crate door. It ended up being the last time I saw the 6yo pup :( Felt like they were so busy that she didn't get the full attention & care that she deserved & needed. The final decision came down to the outrageous costs being unaffordable. Being so busy you think they'd be able to prioritize animals over profits a bit better. I'll be choosing Albert Animal Hospital in future.

Fantastic experience: When a little boy Max was sick with gastroenteritis recently and even though he growled and barked at the nurse and vet, they were so kind and forgiving of his behaviour and very caring of him. They kept us up to date with what they were doing for Max and in no time at all they had him sorted and on his way home. If ever needing an after hours vet for your fur baby, AES at Underwood is where we choose to go for our fur babies. Awesome staff doing an awesome job.

Fantastic experience: Cannot phrase the team enough for the compassion and care they gave our big girl lexi . Our girl was not well at all and didn't know if she had been bitten by a snake or what had happened. She is a huge girl and she was extremely confused and unsteady on her feet so we rushed her from flagstone to underwood emergency vets and she was seen to straight away after 3 or hrs of waiting and the team running tests she was diagnosed with a UTI . Came as complete shock as she showed no signs of discomfort other than that night and we took her in straight away . The team from the start were absolutely amazing the compassion amd care they ALL showed was truly amazing to see and feel . Iv owned dogs my entire life (56) so iv had many trips to the vet in that time but none as caring and thorough as the team at underwood . I cant rate them.enough every single team member had a warm smile amd genuinely cared about everyone and their pets that walked through the doors . I would highly recommend them to anyone we will not be going anywhere else now . Not only that we had our 6 month old puppy with us as we didn't want to leave her home alone and the beautiful young girl on reception accommodated her with water and lots of love .. thank you to you all for the kindness shown to.us and both our big fur babies you truly love what you do and it shows ❤️

Fantastic experience: The service and staff here are so amazing and friendly, had to rush my cat Nyx here on Saturday night as he was in a lot of pain , the nurses on shift made sure he was comfortable and took him in to get him started on testing and treatment , they were very transparent on all of the prices of all the procedures he had to go through as he did need surgery and needed to stay till Monday to make sure was not in pain any more and had no other issues and they did make sure to check up on us after we left as well< 3 I would 100% recommend this place to any pet parent as they are a helpful, informative and a kind team

Fantastic experience: No words can thank the team at Animal Emergency Service Underwood enough, for their care, understanding and handling of one of our toughest nights. Dr Ahlia was so incredibly kind thoroughly explaining what was wrong with our fur baby, then being so patient, kind and truly wonderful as we said our goodbyes, which was especially hard for our teenage daughter. Today we received a beautiful card in the mail from the team at AES Underwood Thank you for caring for our boy, like he was your own, even though it was your first time meeting him. Your care and consideration made losing him, just a touch easier.

Fantastic experience: Our Labrador was bitten by a paralysis tick on a Thursday night, I phoned at 6pm and had her on site by 630, the staff were absolutely fantastic and helped me to understand every stage of what needed to happen, I was obviously pretty upset at the thought of loosing my old dog, but they were extremely compassionate and kind. Thankfully due to their quick thinking my old girl is beside me and feeling much better. Couldn’t recommend those team more, thanks again guys !

Fantastic experience: Great customer service. Our Luka was treated great.very helpful. Really nice staff to talk too and although it was such a busy night when I was there they still kept you well informed while you waited. Was such a nice change to go to a vet and not have to pay for things to get done that weren’t required.could not fault them. Cheers Steven

Fantastic experience: Took our dog to AES Underwood for overnight monitoring after a snake bite as suggested by our vet. He was quickly evaluated and well cared for during the night. We were kept informed of his progress before collecting him the next morning. Very satisfied with the level of care and understanding.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience from the moment we walked in. So professional and helpful and Ray Ray was cared for extremely well. Ray Ray is now home and back to herself 100%. Thank you to everyone who attended to her from the front desk to the nurses and the vets. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Waited for over an hour and my cat didn't even get seen. We asked about it maybe 40-50 minutes in and they said someone would be with us shortly then we were put in a room and sat there for a further 30 mins and still no-one saw us. I am very disappointed and my poor baby was stressed like no tomorrow. I get being busy but everyone who had walking in way after us was getting seen before we did. Just very sad and concerned about my cat. However i will say the receptionist was really nice, only good thing about the whole experience

Fantastic experience: Staff were lovely and loved on my kitty. They checked her over and came to me with anything the found and all options for next steps with prices etc. only downfall is how incredibly expensive it can be, however to be expected with an emergency after hours vet. But nonetheless the care they gave my cat was great and they were honest and transparent

Fantastic experience: I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for the care that started for my cat Soco when I made the phone call on Sunday morning. From the beginning of the phone call to the end of the phone call to arriving at the centre and departing the centre leaving my 13 year old fur baby behind in what was absolute capable loving hands for them to find out exactly what was wrong with my boy after many years. They knew he needed specialist care so they transported him across the way to the cat specialist centre who have also done an outstanding job. The emergency hospital contacted me the to check in to see how my cat Soco was going. Service was absolutely second to none and I would go back there in a heartbeat beat Thank you, everybody for your professionalism your compassion and your expertise with my baby.

Fantastic experience: Been a few times with injured wildlife and they have always been very compassionate and caring. Visited for the first time with my doggie the other week. We were seen promptly and felt cared for and reassured the whole time. Eloise even followed up a few days later. Prices were also very reasonable for after hours care.

Fantastic experience: We had to take our dog Zeus who is epileptic and had 6-7 grand mal seizures in a row into AES Monday night as our local vet wasn’t confident they had all the tools they’d need if he went back into a string of seizures. AES helped from the time we arrived at their doors, with helping me get him out of the car and onto a trolley, and took him in straight away. I was informed from the very start potential wait times, and the service received was kind and welcoming. When Zeus’s attending vet met with us later that night, they were very thorough and took the time to answer questions, even though they were well and truly under the pump with a lot of emergency cases. He remained in their care over night, and my son and I got to pay him a visit before we left which honestly was amazing, especially for my little man. I had a call at 6:15am with an update the following morning and where to from there. The experience overall was excellent andI couldn’t fault them. They took amazing care of Zeus and the transfer of care to VSS the following morning was seamless.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Animal Emergency Service – Underwood highly enough! four hours in the clinic with my very anxious 16-year-old cat, Gemma, and from start to finish the service and staff were absolutely fantastic. Every step of the process was explained thoroughly, which made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. I was especially impressed that all pathology services are available on-site, and the wait time for results was very accurate – we only waited 45 minutes for bloodwork! The cost for the appointment was very reasonable considering the outcome, and truly felt cared for throughout. To the staff that Gemma hissed at during her nerves, I sincerely apologise – I promise she’s usually the sweetest little love bug ❤️. Thank you again for your patience, professionalism, and genuine care.

Fantastic experience: Our dachshund hurt his back, I was terrified but the staff at the Animal Emergency Vet put my mind at ease. They were professional, informative and caring. Can’t recommend them enough. Since our visit, they have touched base with me to make sure Winston is doing better.

Fantastic experience: 5/5 stars the whole team at AES were incredible. They were so thoughtful and ensured we were able to stay woth our Amity until we could be seen by a Vet. Once the Vet saw us she was so empathetic towards us about our fur baby thank you so much AES for caring the way you do. We were given all options and felt like we were included in the whole process.i could go on and on about how they prioritised each family who showed up with different emergencies... but all you need to know is the level of care your fur, feather or scales baby will receive is top notch.

Fantastic experience: The staff were amazing. Very communicative and even sent photos of our puppy’s Progress. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and kindness.

Negative experience: Just terrible experience. After roughly 3h waiting on the waiting room, we finally got seen. I had a female dog who’s had a litter of 2 weeks old pups at home and a terrible mastitis in one of her boobs. She was barely walking. The vet advised she would either need to stay overnight (impossible due to pups home) or alternatively she could have 2x injections (antibiotics and inti inflammatory) and sent home with more tablets, which I then agreed. Vet comes back to let me know they RAN OUT OF THE MEDICATION FOR INJECTION. How an emergency vet runs OUT of antibiotic injections? Beyond me. Then the vet proceeds to tell me she would not be able to feed her pups anymore, even tho she had mastitis. Over $400 later, we came back home with tablets. I rang my vet next morning first thing to hear that the advice the vet at the emergency gave me should never be given. The medication was completely safe for mom to feed her pups and the fact they were not feeding for hours, could cause not only the mastitis to collapse and she would need surgery but as well as mom could get mastitis on the other tits. Back to feeding she went and after a week found lots of warm compress and feeding her pups, she’s all better. What a shame to spend so much money, wait 3h to be see and only to hear they ran out of medication + wrong advice. This could’ve gone very badly for my dog and her pups. Highly recommend against this place. I would’ve driven 15 min extra to go elsewhere if I knew.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Animal Emergency Service Underwood very late at night due to a pet emergency. All the staff were really lovely and helpful. They were very understanding this was a stressful situation, explained my options clearly and kept me updated throughout the night. They were very fairly priced and I can’t thank them enough for their help and services. Bonus points for a personal message checking in on my pet a couple of days later. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We’re so grateful for the exceptional care we receive at Animal Emergency Services Underwood. We always remember the vet’s name (most recently Dr Mirkala), but the team at the front desk and the nurses deserve equal praise. Across several visits, we’ve consistently been supported by calm, compassionate professionals who keep us informed every step of the way as they diagnose and treat our beloved dogs.

Fantastic experience: AES were amazing in helping my pup, Ember when she was showing signs of toxicity. When we brought her in she was taken in straight away and treated and assessed. After waiting awhile the vet also came and explained to us her assessment and talked through the treatment plan, providing us will all the information we needed. Ember ended up needing to stay overnight, and I really appreciated the team’s care and always giving me updates, or answering the phone. Thank you AES for helping us! Would definitely recommend, all the staff were also so lovely and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely exceptional care from the AES team. The ladies on reception did a phenomenal job at not only co-ordinating a busy night but showed so much care and empathy for every client and their pet who came in. It was a very busy night but they showed so much patience and remained calm. My dog was very well looked after. I am so thankful we have an after hours service that is accessible and caring.

Fantastic experience: These guys deal with some hectic cases all throughout the night and triage appropriately. When my cavalier ate something she wasn’t supposed to, they treated her so well and calmly talked us through our options. I never felt like they were trying to make us panic choose, and answered all and any questions we had. So professional and caring!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience here when they saved our beloved pet chicken! There is a flat $260 fee for seeing the vet, so be aware of that, but it is well worth it for the care and support that the nurses and vets provided! We are very grateful and would absolutely not hesitate to recommend them

Fantastic experience: Lucy was seen to straight away to access a suspected toad poisoning. We did have to wait a while after that as there were more urgent cases to be seen too. All the staff were attentive and caring. We were all kept up to date on waiting times etc. I was very impressed with the competent and calm manner of the staff on duty. Fantastic experience: Whenever my bird sons or any wildlife have an injury of any kind or they just don’t look their regular selves. I always call the underwood animal services hospital to bring them in to I be checked out and treated. The vets and staff are professional, kind, helpful and open to the challenge to recover our non-human neighbours and family members. They are a most valuable establishment in our community always open to help. I’ve been there quite a number of times and they have always been amazing.
