Fantastic experience: My family and I can’t recommend Barb and her team higher, both of our pets attend the clinic & they have been incredible to both of our pets whether it’s an issue or just a check up/vaccination. I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done and their professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Barb and her team are amazing! In the, just over, 12 months that we've had a variety of animals requiring urgent care, they have helped me and saved them. From their time and care in evaluating the situation, doing everything they could and guiding me through everything I needed to do with the at home care. Every question I have is answered and the amount I have learnt from them is so appreciated. They have helped guide me through sick sheep and fowl of various sorts. Taught me how to care for and raise orphaned lambs. And the effort they put in to our duck and our goose that had been viciously attacked was amazing. We are forever grateful for their time, care and knowledge. Thank you!

Negative experience: Male vet was useless

Fantastic experience: I had recently adopted a rescue kitten that had a lingering health issue that initially seemed to be upper respiratory. After several trips to Goldfields Veterinary Services I was referred to a specialist in Melbourne on Barb's recommendation with great results. Before I got to that point however I had several trips to Goldfield's to see Barb and her team including a couple of out of hours trips and a short stay for my kitten. I have experienced nothing but kind compassionate care from Barb and her team and am lucky to have them as my local vet. Thanks Goldfields Veterinary Services

Even before she started Goldfields Vet Practice. She saved our cat when I was sure we would have to put him down. She has been incredibly compassionate when we unfortunately had to have our dogs put down. Couldn't recommend Barb enough!

Fantastic experience: I have always had a great experience at this vet and I have been here on 3 ocassions. I've had consultations with two different vets here. My dog is a rescue dog who has some trust issues with people and can be weary of other animals. The staff are always accommodating, making sure we can exit while there aren't other dogs in the waiting room. They are patient and kind to my dog and keep her calm. I trust the vets advice here, they are able to explain their reasoning behind decisions and give great advice for future management at home. The staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend Goldfields Vet.

Negative experience: Had a sick dog and was told by reception they are not taking new clients. So where is the care factor here.

Fantastic experience: This Vet practice is the very best. Your fur baby is in wonderful, safe, caring hands. Barbara the lovely vet, she even kissed my dog when he was a good boy. Barbara discovered my Truffle had a severe dry eye that several other vet's did not even notice. His eyes are so much better now. Truffle had several teeth removed, being an older dog,I was fretting, but they set my mind at ease, and all went well, better than well actually I got to take him home earlier than expected as he recovered so well. I now have NO hesitation or worry with the usual questions, is this a good vet, am I doing my best for my beloved pet..with this vet..You not only get the best vet, best care,but prices are so reasonable in comparison to other vet's, I know that's not an issue for most of us, as we love them however it's just an added bonus..Thank you Barbara and her staff..tail wagging and licks from Truffle and Nina.xx
